Excellent value for money
Given the uneven reviews of this product I wasn’t sure what to expect.I had bought something like it once before from China and it arrived all folded up into a neat origami square so was completely useless for painting - I even ironed it and couldn’t get the creases out. This arrived in an actual roll, as described, so I felt I was winning from the get-go. These two paintings are of my dogs, Bilbo (🌈😢) and Teddy on the beach. I used professional oil paints. It wasn’t necessary to prime further, in my opinion. The surface took the paint beautifully, whether thin and transparent or thickly applied. The canvas is fairly thin, so the painting surface is not even as they dry - there’s the odd little ripple - but I intend to mount them on a hard backing once dry and I’m perfectly confident they will then lie totally flat, just as canvas does once it has been stretched.Someone commented that it was no good for anything except maybe practise. Well, what is most art except practise? If you have been commissioned to paint a large portrait of the King in his Coronation robes, then I advise you to charge enough to buy something more robust. If you just want to have a lovely time painting your dogs for your own enjoyment, then this is fab.I have given it 5 stars for durability as it endured my painting technique no problem. I obviously have no idea if the paintings will endure for 100 years. Happy painting!

Good sturdy canvas
Great canvas using to cover cardboard for ornamental piece , planning to cover with gesso mixed with plaster of Paris & paint with acrylics 🤔. Delivered on a roll so a little bit creased nothing an iron won’t fix.

Good value for money
Good value for money. Needs to be prime though. I put 2 layers of gesso, but that's due to my preferences. I paint with calligraphy ink, if not primed then unable to do washes as it absorbs the ink too much.

Great value canvas
Generally I paint onto canvas pads, this is the first time I’ve used a roll.Texture and porosity work well with wet painting (acrylic/watercolours for me), and the fact that you can select the size required is a bonus. If you’re a student, or a parent with a creative child, definitely worth purchasing, as there’s plenty of it on the roll, the quality is impressive, and the price is more than fair. The photo attached - not completed but an example of how the canvas performs.

Brilliant buy
I have just started to learn to paint with acrylics, I have tried acrylic pads, canvases and numerous other things and this is by far the best canvas I have painted on. I will certainly buy again

Ok for acrylic practice.
Holds acrylic well, not suitable for watercolours and haven't tried oils but it should hold up. A slight plasticky texture but necessary to accommodate the acrylic paint. Cuts easily with scissor or small guillotine Will purchase again. Could be bigger...per metre a tad expensive but ok for practice. Stamp is clear on it too.
