Excellent product one can buy.
The look of this remote bell is very attractive. I liked its night light feature very much. I have installed this bell in my duplex house at Nagpur where the bell is installed in the drawing room on Ground floor and the remote is kept at First floor. I find the product very useful. Durability can only be tested with time.

Neet to replace this order
The order received on time with defective battery and it's stop working after using it ten days and i have tried to return the order but not able to generate replacement requestPlease help me with this

Useful purchase
I purchased this product to use in our office for calling purposes. The instrument is working fine, but the only problem is that the volume is not loud but moderate. Even if we use the volume control button, the range of volume is not very wide. otherwise everything is ok.

Nice product but not the best around.
Quality is just ok for the product. Night lamp was very dim & that too went off after 4-5 days of use. How ever it's not for what its ment for. Guest often complain that they have to press the 3-4 times then bell rings. So need the quality is ok but not very good.

Great product, sad that the battery wasn't included.
Really good product. The range is good. The distance between the transmitter and receiver in my case is about 30feet with 3 thick walls in between. Still, it works flawlessly.One sad thing is that someone took out the battery as it's shown in the picture. I had a 23v spare lying around so I didn't return the product. Cona, please do see that this doesn't happen to other customers.

Wastage of Money and Time to Return it and get replacement !!!
I was about to give 5 stars to this product bcos of the brand "CONA" but this product changed my views and it was a bad experience buying this product. The inbuilt LED stopped working just after 2 days of use and the Plug-in power plug was also damaged in the box. I felt it was used by some other customer first than sent to me. It didn't had a new finish on it.The company should think twice before sending such kind of products to clients without caring about their brand name and reputation in the market.Further it took me almost 7 days to get the refund/ replacement of this product with some other company product and than took extra 7 days to reach back to Srinagar again.
