I ordered these Venture Pal Electrolyte Drink Mix Packets to help keep my family hydrated. These are not too sugary & sweet but also doesn't have that bitter salty taste so they actually taste pretty good. Easy to use, just open the pack & pour it into a bottle of water..then put the lid on and give it a shake..drink & enjoy. Dissolves quickly and completely so no little clumps of any kind left behind in the water. These have worked great to keep my husband hydrated throughout his work day. They have also worked great to keep my son hydrated during his dirt bike races. With tasting good & working well to keep my family hydrated it's definitely a great purchase.

I tried these as an alternative to LMNT. It is hard to find high sodium electrolytes. LMNT tastes far better but these are significantly cheaper. The flavors are very artificial and you can definitely taste the artificial sweeteners. I liked the peach flavour the best. It tastes similar to diet peach Snapple. The watermelon flavor was undrinkable for me and I love watermelon flavor usually.

I have chronic low blood pressures so I have to intake at least 2,000 mg of salt daily. This is wonderful value for the price! I think this tastes better that their competitors that have the same sodium content. but I do wish that the flavors were more fresh and less salty. All that being said- it’s significantly less salty that LMNT and the flavors are better. The low sugar content is amazing! Love the ingredients! A really great cost effective electrolyte packet!
