Poor piece of quality in terms of ENC. No proper customer support. They put the label on packaging that ANC+ENC support but in reality only ANC feature is available. I raised the concern with their support team and they come with the reply that no ENC support in this product. The customer support response is too slow and not bothered about customer satisfaction at all. Finally it’s Amazon who helped me to at least initiate the refund. Thank you so much Amazon

Should buy if u are trying differnt products and experimenting. Screen is good but doesnt feel utmost necessary. Sound good at average volume but at loud volume it starts to crack agrresively and battery life of case is bit less but ok

Worst product waste of money don't buy this product touch screen doesn't work properly and when you put the buds back in the box it don't get disconnected and the sound still comes from the box and if you don't notice that charging will drain out

Product is Good and even the features are good. I am Returning it because of the display. While calling if you will touch on case display the call gets disconnected. Other than that the product is good, Sound quality is also good and easy to handle. Noice cancellation is also good.
