Great little trap
The media could not be loaded. I am very happy with theses traps. Easy to load and setup. A dab of peanut butter and squeeze open. That easy. The pressure plate is sensitive and trips as expected. Got two mice the first night. A simple squeeze and the dead mouse drops in the trash. These are powerful and I wouldn't want to get my finger in it. The bigger rat trap would probably break your fingers if you weren't careful. But these cam be activated with a simple press of your foot if you like.

Work very well & easy to set
I’m an elderly lady who’s unable (& too scared!) to set traditional mousetraps! I live in a semi-rural 99 year old rental house where unfortunately, mice can get in thru cracks in the foundation. These traps are so easy to set, just like pinching a clothespin, & they work really well. This is the 2nd time I’m ordering these because I’m so mouse-a-fobic & just throw the whole thing away when I catch one! (they’d be easy to reuse, but just can’t make myself do it)

Great trap that is easy to set.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Last night I set 3 traps and this morning I had 2 mice. I emptied and reset the 2 traps went upstairs for a couple minutes and when I came down I had caught another. I was happy to see that the "fresh" mouse was very much dead so at least the trap ends its life quickly. I was a little messy when putting the peanut butter in the bait cup when I first set the traps and I got some on the trip plate. The trap would not set. Once I wiped any peanut butter off the trip plate and outside of the bait cup it set and stayed set. So far I have not had any false trips but I will update this review if I do. I always used the wooden traps in the past, so I appreciated how easy it was to empty and reset the trap without having to touch the squished mice.

Great mouse trap
Why did you pick this product vs others?:My daughter in law told me about these and they work great. East to bait and set and they don't go off when you set them down. Gave my sister in law one and she caught a mouse. It was so easy to toss out of the trap . No touching the mouse or having to use a stick to scrape out of trap

Great Product and Easy to Use
These are absolutely great. They are extremely easy to use, and with a simple glove and bag dicard is clean and simple. I don't like setting traps for anything, but the alley mice were getting into my garage and I don't want them bringing any parasites or diseases to my dog. The first night I used these traps with peanut butter, and got 4 mice. There haven't been anymore mice since. Definitely recommend these!

Easy to use and effective
Set three traps with peanut butter in them before bed. Woke up to two mice caught. Not sure if there are more mice or if we caught them all the first night. Hopefully if there is more they will be caught today!Functionality:Easy to set. You can remove the piece to fill with peanut butter and stick it back in. Opened easily and stayed open while I slid it into place (between the fridge and cupboard).

FOUND FIX FOR RESET ISSUE
These work really well and are really easy to bait and set. May need to replace peanut butter every couple days as it dries out. Many reviews point out that some traps can’t be reset (or don’t stay set right away). We put the traps that failed to reset in the freezer for a few hours and they’re back to working perfectly!

10 out of 10, I recommend.
My mother swore by the old wooden snap traps for most of her life, but a stroke severely impacted her motor functions so she can no longer safely bait, set and place that kind of trap. These are the third different brand that I have tried of these more easily set traps and the third time is the charm. The other two were easy to bait and set, but they have yet to catch anything because they're near impossible to set off. A safety feature for mom, sure, but also the mice we're trying to get out of her house. I knew these were going to work when I dropped it about a inch trying to place it and it went off. When they say it's sensitive they mean it will do what it's supposed to when jostled by a mouse. I placed four out the first night and had four traps to clean the next day. I didn't even have to funnel the mice to the front of the traps, as recommended. Two were placed against a wall and the other two out in the open in a dark area. All four worked. And so did the six I set after them. I have no idea how many mice we need to deal with, but these have a 100% success rate for me so far which is unprecedented. There is one trap in the bunch that might not last long, though. It's working so far but does feel defective. It doesn't click and lock in place to stay set like the others and I feel like it may break the spring or click mechanism after a few throws. But 1 out of 12 with the others working so well is only worth a mention, by no means am I complaining. If you have difficulty setting traps due to arthritis or tremors, try these for your mouse problems, especially if you don't want to use something like glue traps. I know there are more humane options to explore, but I don't have a place to play catch and release with vermin who've already shown themselves to enjoy the wood and wiring of a home.
