Defective. Sent it back...
After spending 2 hours on assembly, the gas lift is missing the end cap which renders the unit unusable.So, another hour and a half to disassemble and repack for return. 30 minutes to take it to ups. At $25 hr. I figure they owe me $100 for wasted time and fuss and bother, not that they care. I'm sure I won't even get an apology. For some god awful reason I'm allowing them to replace the chair. Praying the new one is complete and in working order. And another week of waiting for my effing chair

Hard Chair
I have been using my new chair for a couple of weeks. It is a sturdy chair that was easy to assemble.The seat would benefit from thicker padding....and so would my tush.

Great chair
Female about 5'5" and this chair is so comfortable. I put it together by myself and it didn't take very long. Easy instructions. Just don't tighten the arms to the seat very tight. I had to loosen them to position the back then I tightened them all. An extra hand would have helped but I was able to do it. The chair back is not straight up. I think it would offer a larger person more support. The brown color is very attractive and I like the arms that pull up so it will push under my desk. Looks like a much more expensive chair. I wanted one that is comfortable to relax in because I watch movies on my computer.
