When I first received my chair it was missing the left armrest, which is needed in order to secure the backrest into place. After getting into contact with Amazon to contact the manufacturer/seller, they were quick to respond and promptly sent the missing part. The chair is comfortable and rolls well on both hardwood and thin carpet rugs. Love that the arms can be adjusted to be up and out of the way or down while I work. Knocked one star for the time to get my chair assembled with waiting for a missing part and a bolt that refuses to go further in for the armrest. For whatever reason that bolt won't allow me to screw it in all the way like the others (I even tired screwing it in without the armrest in the way and it just stops at that depth). Shoved the cap cover on it so it blends in a bit more, but it's obviously not flush with the rest of the bolts as seen in the photos provided. Either way, the customer service and the chair itself is very sturdy regardless if one bolt wants to go all the way in or not. I recommend this product because you can rest assured that if there is something wrong, the seller will make it right!

We bought this chair to replace a 30+ yo uncomfortable desk chair. We needed a chair to fit into a 27" wide knee hole and the flip-up armrests was the way to go! This chair is comfortable and has good lumbar support. The armrests are wide and seem longer than others out there. The tilt-back/rocking feature is nice--just refer to the "Yeti" video. We chose the brown color and was very pleased to find that it was a shaded brown with a nice grain, which looks more expensive. The stitching is dark brown to match so it will not show dirt over time. The style of this chair is classy and I preferred the black legs and armrest supports-- without all the glitzy metal parts that get scratched and dulled over time.The only issue we had was the end of the armrest had a concave dimple where stuffing was missing. Someone else also had the same issue and the manufacturer needs to have better quality control. I had to unscrew the armrest to remove it; take out 9 staples; peel back the armrest cover and stuff it with fiber fill so it matched the other armrest and re-staple the cover. This is the reason I gave it 4-stars overall.The assembly was very easy other than re-stuffing the armrest. I felt that this chair was reasonably priced and hope it holds up well for many years.

Seller did me right!Originally purchased this item in February, 2023. Seat cushion ripped in July, 2023. It was past the Amazon return period, so I thought I was crap out of luck. However, the seller was able to offer me a refund or product replacement. I took the replacement and it arrived at my from door 2 days after making contact with the seller. Although the product itself is average in quality, but the customer service is 100% top tier.

Arrived is great shape and assembled quickly. Very comfortable and I’m a large fella. Very comfortable and I love the rocking tension adjustment.

I researched and read a lot of reviews before making this choice - without spending hundreds of dollars for a chair. This is great chair for the money - its very supportive, sturdy, moves smoothly and I love that the arms lift up so it can fit under my home office desk. I needed more support than the chair I had - paid for a cheap $60 chair but found this was a mistake - and this one is wonderful. I'm not a small gal, by any stretch and I feel well supported, I fit comfortably in the seat without being squeezed in and i love how the lumbar that makes this chair even more comfortable. I know there's a lot of chairs at a much higher price point, that may be even better - but I really feel I lucked out on this one and that it feels and looks more expensive then it is. Now - my bf put it together for me - and there's a bit of confusion at first on direction or 2 (as its only pics) but otherwise, he had it together within 15-20 min. Very happy !

Great chair, I’m short and do have to stick a pillow under my feet to rest them and to be at desk height. Chair is soft and wraps you in it.

Overall this is a great chair and I’m very happy with this purchase. A lot of reviews I read stated that the holes don’t line up, which is kind of true but it’s not impossible. You have to be patient and it would help if there was another person to help with the arm pieces and back part. I redacted 1 star because of the strong smell and for the time and coordination it took to put the last 3 pieces together. I would definitely buy this again and I highly recommend it.
