As a senior who struggles with technology, I can honestly say this camera is easy, easy, easy to set up. The instructions are very clear, and connecting it to the network before installation eliminated any potential problems once it was in place. The picture is clear, the night light porch illuminator really works, and the app is easy to use. While the camera has a number of different features, our only interest is in seeing who's at the front door or whether packages have been left, and having a porch light. This camera easily checks all those boxes. And it's budget-friendly.

I really liked how easy this camera was to set up and the picture was very good, at first.The speaker was the first problem with the camera. It always just echoed and had garbled speech coming from it.Then I noticed that the night pictures were hazy or foggy and found out the cause of this was due to the camera’s light.I tried everything I could to turn the light off but when everything on the app was saying light off, it wasn’t. I tried every setting I could to see if I could get it to work at night without having the light come on but nothing worked.I really wanted and needed this camera to work outside. people were stealing things from my yard and driving onto my lawn causing deep tire tracks.I sent a message to Hugolog 3 days ago but haven’t heard anything back from them.A lot of the 1 star reviews said customer service was terrible but I was so hoping they would standby their product that quit working 2 months after purchase.With that said I would not recommend anyone buy this product if you don’t have money to keep replacing this camera very 2 months or so.I am going to update my review of this product. After contacting the company support team they sent me a replacement camera. So far it has been working perfectly fine. I don’t know if they sent me an upgraded model or what but the new camera has a much clearer image at night and the foggy image is gone. Also it has not been turning on its own and the light feature seems to be working too.I was very happy that they were willing to work with me to make sure I was happy with my product.I will update again if I start having problems but for now all is going well.

This truly is an amazing camera, far exceeds my expectations for the price.It installs in minutes and set up is easy. The app is very intuitive and the camera has some amazing features.We bought it to help monitor our basement entrance and the back of our house and garden and it does both with ease.It installed easily into an existing back door lamp with the extension connector they provided and connected to my WIFI in seconds.It has so many features for a camera in this price range. Muman body monitoring, motion tracking, night time monitoring and video in black and white and color. And much, much more. It has features I wish our more expensive system had, but sadly does not.I love it. I intend to add more to our property in the coming months.If you are looking for an excellent, easy to set up camera with amazing features and picture quality you cannot go wrong with this system. They also provide everything you need in the box. A great company who has thought of everything.Marcel

Simple and it works, easy installation and app set up on the phone. The app itself is also user friendly for the most part. Storage allows you to use cloud storage (at a cost) or micro SD card that you can put in the camera. Video and pictures work great. Quality is very clear and the 2 way voice communication through the camera work also. Really appreciate them adding the extension socket in the packing as well which I used. Only thing I don't like necessarily like is maybe one or twice a week when I look into it, the storage functions kind of reset and I have to re-save the previous settings that were there. That's a little annoying but besides that, no complaints.

The light bulb camera works great! I have been looking for something that has the options to record 24/7 but my other outdoor cameras I had that were a different brand, only would record short clips of events. The light bulb camera was super easy to set up. I also LOVE that they come with an extender which I ended up needing to be able to use it with my porch light since it has a built in cover. The picture is pretty clear! Also the price is very cheap which I always love a good deal and it was definitely worth it! It also detects movement from pretty far away which is great! It also will rotate to track movement as well so it’s not like to miss anything! Would definitely buy again. Also this camera does not require any paid subscriptions. You have the option to pay for cloud storage but I just bought a micro SD card to be able to record and it works perfect so you have the option to never need a subscription if that’s what you prefer.

It's easy enough to set up and instructions are OK. But once installed, the camera is just average and visibility is good enough but to control the camera is a pain sometimes. You need to face it down and then turn it otherwise it'll not move at all.

It’s a great product I’ve had a minor issue with the network connection but other than that the framework is crystal clear it sends me screenshots of who’s approaching my door,It has an alarm system and what’s best is I didn’t have to sign up for a subscription.
