SMALLRIG Leather Case Kit for FUJIFILM X100VI, Including Half Case, Flip Cover and Shoulder Strap, Genuine Leather Material, Portable and Protecting - 4558

I normally throw my x100s in a backpack and forget about it. For the x100vi, I decided to go ahead and get this kit to provide some protection.For the strap, its a pretty standard strap. I read that it was pretty short and found it comparable to the original fuji one.Its about 41" long from eyelet to eyelet. Its pretty soft and not too stiff.For the Full case, I know there are people that use the various filter adapters so....The full case fits my JJC filter adapter without the round hood. It closes and stays closed via magnets.Without the hood, the distance from the camera body to the end of the filter is about 31.25mmThe distance from the half leather case to the end of the filter about 28.5mm.The "cup" in the full case is about 30mm.It attaches to the half case by both magnets and velcro.This can sometimes mess with lining up the velcro, but not a big deal.The half case has a cutout under the body to provide battery access.It adds about 9.5mm to the bottom of the camera.The case itself feels nice and provides better grip.It attaches to the camera via the tripod mount. And the screw that attaches it also has a tripod mount so you won't lose a mount if you use this case.The cutouts all line up perfectly and the case remains flush with the body.Overall, I'll highly recommend.tldr:Yes it fits filter adapters as long as its no longer than 31.5mm long. Measured from the body of the camera to the filter.The strap is 41" long from eye to eye.Case is flush and fits the camera well.It makes it 9.5mm taller.Yes I recommendBonus: comes with soft shutter button and hot shoe cover.

I decided on the SmallRig leather case kit for protection of camera when placed in a travel bag. The included half case gives the x100vi a much appreciated grip. Also gives me a peace of mind knowing the camera is protected every time I place it on a hard surface. The case, including the flip over cover fits well despite my camera being equipped with a SmallRig thumb rest and shutter button. I also fitted the x100vi with a filter adapter and a clear filter. I’m not able to fit a lens hood inside the flip over cover. However the filter adapter, filter and lens cap do fit snuggly under the flip over cover as pictured. The only thing to complain about is the color of included camera strap does not match that of the camera case.

The leather case, half case, strap, all demonstrated different qualities…. I think mine had a mismatched strap. It is clearly darker than the case.Of all three components, the half case is the best quality. I’d rate this part of the product 5/5.The strap is mismatchedThe outer case has very uneven and weird wrinkles. Not very high quality.

Very nice. Fits the camera perfectly, looks good, protects against casual bumps and insults, doesn't interfere with controls, and is easy to open and close. The front cup is deep enough to accept the adapter attachment and lens cover. I tramp the woods often with the camera hanging from my neck. When I shoot, I don't detach the outer part of the case but just flip it back and leave it hanging, then flip it back to tramp on. The Velcro strips hold it in place. The case is solidly built and attractive. Note: it's made of leather. I like its leathery smell and that it will age with marks and signs of use. Some folks will prefer an item not of animal origin.

The case looks and feels great, I love the fact that the top cover attaches by velcro and not with some kind of snaps so it can still stand on flat surfaces.The strap while it is nice and feels good is definitely too short, I can barely put it on as a cross strap and it's a hassle to move it from cross to neck so I have to keep it just around my neck all the time which is a hassle in itself.I would have given it 4.5 stars because of the strap length but since I can't I'm giving it 5 stars as the case itself is really good and doesn't deserve a low rating because of this accessory.Another very small thing is I would have liked to know in advance I will receive a free soft shutter because I already bought another one, but you can't really complain about getting free extra stuff right? Just know that you will probably receive one so don't waste your money elsewhere.

Workmanship is great. The stitches are so precise and the fit is excellent. Highly recommend for x100vi.
