Works awesome! I have tendinitis in my wrist and when i put this on, yes it stinks.. but it takes the pain away overnight! Also used for my upper back. Lower neck area as I go to the chiropractor frequently for pain there and it relieved pain there as well! Icy hot and biofeeeze or even Bengay never worked for me like this advil does. Kind of want to stop up in case they change something sense its so new.

MINTY SMELL. smells very strong menthol. you will not be able to put this cream on without everyone in the room knowing something minty was rubbed on. Smells like straight up toothpaste. BUT IT WORKS. It doesn't make pain go away instantly but i rub it on my back before I go to bed and when I wake up/stand up I am not in the intense pain I feel without the cream. I don't find any issues with greasiness or residue and it works the whole night for me. Make sure you wash your hands after applying because it will BURN if you accidentally itch your eyes/etc hours later.

THIS STUFF WORKS! It does have a strong menthol smell when you first open tube and apply it but the odor does go away after about 20 minutes but even if it didn't, I would still use this because it is EFFECTIVE for the aches and pains I suffer daily due to an old back injury.

This product is a game changer for me. It relieves my hip pain almost instantly. I was having periodic injections, but, now I’m not. It has a clean scent that doesn’t last long. I use it in the morning and before bedtime.

I’ve tried many popular pain creams with similar ingredients and never had any issues or reactions. I don’t have any allergies that I’m aware of. The Advil Targeted Relief Cream worked great at first when I put it on my knees, calves and lower back before going to bed in a cold room. It was nice and icy and on the stronger side relative to other pain creams, but the next morning while working out, the areas where I used the cream the night before started burning and the skin became irritated as my body began heating up from my workout. Any exposure to heat made it worse, I went into the dry sauna and my skin was burning to the point that I had to get out. Took a cold shower and used soap to try removing any residue of the cream from my skin but it only cooled down for a little bit until my body naturally warmed up a little later. The burning sensation returned, although more tolerable and mild than earlier in morning- and even felt cooling as well- as long as I stayed in a cool environment.This cream is very strong and intense and its residual effects do not “wear off” for many hours after its intended duration. I really liked this product at first and would have definitely continued using it for pain if it didn’t have this long lasting side-effect which seems to be triggered by heat. It has a strong mentholated smell which didn't bother me since I usually apply stronger creams like this at night before bed. If you plan to use this product, I strongly recommend staying away from any heat for at least the following 12 hours. If it didn’t have these side effects, I’d give it 5 stars.

i was confused to what this was when i bought it since i searched up liquid ibuprofen and this was the first option. this is not a liquid though and it is not a pain reliever in the sense of it being actual Advil. this is however a very good form of icy hot

This has been such a great buy. I have a pinched nerve in my lower back and even my very faithful tiger balm wasn’t giving me fast relief. This cream really does work and is so effective. It doesn’t take the pain completely away but it does enough to where I am mobile and able to stretch. It’s not greasy at all. The menthol isn’t overpowering either. It has a cooling effect but nothing crazy. It’s super easy to apply, like it glides on my skin and does not leave any sticky or oily stains on my clothes. I will buy the bigger bottle next time but the size of this one is good and fits in my bag.
