I was concerned that these capsules would make me uncomfortably stimulated, as I don’t love to feel overwhelmed in the way that a couple of Red Bulls can whip one up too much. However, these capsules are almost perfect; they provide a noticeable, gentle increase in capacity with no sense of over stimulation whatsoever. It is easy, having been used to caffeine and the accompanying sensations, to feel initially as though Alpha GPC is not doing anything, until you notice that you haven’t felt any tiredness and have been focussed and calm for three or four hours, and are still up for a workout. Really an excellent and surprising result with this supp and I will continue to use. The only contraindication for the compound is anyone at increased risk of stroke; but I am not! Great great product.

Love this product. Boosts my focus substantially, in a way that feels super natural; it just feels like you're having a really good, clear day. Memory is better, ability to concentrate on one thing is better, and brain fog substantially reduced. I use it 3-4 times per week as needed. 600mg dose is very effective.

I have been taking them every day for more than a week now, and I haven't noticed any effect. It's unknown what's inside :) with the same success, I could be taking gummy bears.

Will definitely buy again. I usually take this at lunchtime when my attention span begins to dip and I definitely feel like these tablets assist with my alertness. From what it says on the container, the ingredients are good quality. Will definitely buy again when I run out.

Grate product has given me focus for the day a head

The improvement on my focus has been mild but noticeable. It has completely lifted my brain fog and I have found it’s good to take before working out too.

The reason why I stopped taking it is, I found out in my research that there was a 2021 cohort study of more than 12 million participants, at least 50 years old, including 108,877 alpha-GPC users, reported that alpha-GPC use for at least 12 months was associated with an increased risk of stroke over 10 years, also a 2021 mouse study found that alpha-GPC promoted atherosclerosis [A disease of the arteries, by the deposition of fatty material on their inner walls].The evidence is preliminary in nature, that's why they had to do randomized control trials and large cohort studies to confirm these findings.After reading that I stopped taking it, but gave it a 4 because it worked after a week, I was taking it in continuation from another Alpha-GPC which is the same thing and same dosage, I felt memory was a tad bit better of using it, but at the cost of a possible stroke in [10 or so years time?]. After using it for 12months that is, nah this is not for me.I might hold onto it until new research comes out which either unlinks it to strokes or some good news, should it expire I'll just throw it away.There are 60 capsules 1 per day is 2 months supply. Vegan and doesn't contain magnesium stearate or any nasty fillers.
