Avoid Nespresso unless you want your full details leaked to a stranger 🙄 data breach !faulty machines after 7 weeks. They hold on to your money and machine. StillWaiting for a manger to call me after 2 weeks even after the data breach. Customer service at its poorest level the company has gone down hill !

Problem with machine constantly requiring descaling- completed 4 times & reset machine still not working properly- beware buy alternative machine

To be honest, I was expecting more from this machine. The only additional features it offers are a touchscreen display and the ability to set the temperature and coffee level. I had before Lattisima Pro was old version but I can say the functionality was better than this machine. And still can make the same coffee nothing different. I was expecting for this price to receive at least few couple of Coffee pods. I saw a cheaper machine have great deal with free pods and doing the same things nothing special.I’m disappointed ☹️

Expensive, but so far it has been excellent. I like the options and the ability to personalise them (volume/temperature) and the integrated steamer helps save space compared to having units with seperate frothers.
