This is life changing. It blew away hidden dirt I didn’t even know was there. It came with a descaler and all the tools you’d want. The tools seem easy to clean after use. It feels appropriately well made and it’s very intuitive to use. The hose and cable are of a good length. I would recommend that you have cloths to clean up with as well, since you could do with steaming then picking up the dirt with a cloth

Best thing I have ever bought for cleaning, easy to use, great results. House never been so clean. Can be see on glass, wood, tiles.Used the first one so much, I had to buy a second one. Would definitely recommend.

Build quality wise it is excellent. Easy to use. This SC3 model can be refilled while you are on the job, so no cooling off period like some other models. Great steam power. Great product.But after owning it and using it for 2 weeks, I can say, that it does not solve any of my problems.I needed to clean my wooden floors. It does that. But i dont find any justification to buy such an expensive product for that purpose. The floor cleaning using karcher is hassle free compared to using a mop, bu only marginally. It does not clean any more than a mop. Moreover like the mop, you cannot clean the cloth in a bucket of water, better buy a few easyfix cloths when you make the purchase of the steam cleaner, that way you can change the cloths while you are doing the job, when it gets very dirty. The floors dry up quicker, and it leaves behind a lot less water once you are done cleaning, compare to mopping.Also, it is not much of a help in the bathroom. Does not work on Limescales at all. May be it kills germs, but I still have to use spray and use a sponge to shine taps and basins.I purchased it on Black Friday sale, at a really good price. THANKS AMAZON! Thats why I am keeping it.Over all a great product, but really an expensive toy for me.

This is the third steamer/steam mop I’ve had and definitely the best. The ability to only have the steam when you press the trigger is a big upgrade for me over my old steam mop and the cylinder style is much easier and more stable when using attachments.The child lock and adjustable steam is really good and it heats up very quickly. Be warned that if you press the trigger too soon it can spurt out water so be patient. I’ve tested it so far cleaning a bathroom and mopping floors and it did a great job. It did a great job cleaning up grout- it got quite a lot of dirt out on floors that are regularly mopped. I also used the floor tool to quickly wipe over grubby hand marks on the walls and it got rid of them easily.Only negatives are that it’s a bit ‘wetter’ than my old steamer so floors take a bit longer to dry. I also think that for the money it is a bit light on attachments. I’ve just purchased the window squeegee attachment but it’s disappointing that isn’t included really.It will be interesting to see how long the descaling cartridge lasts and if that really protects the unit from the scale that killed my last steam mop.

We just brought this to replace a faulty upright steamer. The upright we had was a popular brand and would have cost similar to this to replace but the upright design just limited its usefulness and the handle was always a bit too flexible making it hard to scrub tough muck. I recently borrowed another upright one which is another premium brand and whilst that was more solid, it was quite weak at cleaning.So the karcher comes with the machine, a filter thing to stop scale (which is probably what killed our last steamer so will hopefully give this one a longer life), floor mop, smaller brush mop and a pointy bit which can have a sort of small wire brush attached to it. Seems similar kit to our last mop anyway.The key for me is the body seems solid enough and the handle is solid enough you can apply some pressure to help loosen dirt. The fact it is not an upright should make it more practical for cleaning the bathroom etc too.The two criticisms I saw when reading other reviews are it leaves the floor too wet and it can leak if it tips over. Well our oak floors dried wI think five minutes. It leaves them damp but not sipping wet. In fact it has a trigger so you only get steam if you want it and you can turn the steam volume down if you want the floor to be drier. My parents machine that I borrowed left the floor drier but also didn’t clean anywhere near as well so I think you need some water with these to get the benefit.The other issue is that the water filler is open so if it rips up it will leak. This is true but it only takes a litre of water and I think you would have to be quite careless for it to happen.

Bought after seeing it recommended by a well-known consumer site.Easy to set up, the parts clip.together easily.Sturdy, but lightweight at same time.Once tank is filled, it really is ready to go after around 40 seconds.It's cleaning power is phenomenal, and it's so easy to move around as you clean.It left my kitchen floor absolutely gleaming with minimal effort.I've also used it to clean my oven, with equally impressive results.It comes complete with a range of accessories, and the cleaning pads can be machine washed.Highly recommend this product

Wow! I weighed up this and the vacs H20 one for a while and eventually took the plunge with this due to the additional functions. It's honestly brilliant and I wish I had bought it years ago. Cleaned out years of tile grime from a rented out property, no problem. Need to change the nozzles if intensive cleaning but they are relatively inexpensive to replace. I have struggled to use it to steam clothes but it isn't why I bought it just thought I would try it out, so not a concern for me. Great for cleaning and sanitizing floors, tiles, carpets. Got out a few stains from the carpets. Easy to use
