What a major disappointment. Watch failed to start. Kept on charging and tried all things.The watch box has a date of manufacture as October 2023. No wonder it's not working.

The media could not be loaded. Hi All ,I have purchased Fireboltt asteroid model 1.43" smart watch in December 23 . When we tested found different problems such as steps in walking . cycling etc not showing correctly , Blue tooh not pairing ,we have asked for replacement they collected it and send back after 15 days saying repaired and sent back but again we faced same problems again asked to sent video's we sent and picked up and replied will repair and send back but even after 2nd time same issues God knows what really done repair/replacement .So on 3rd time we received with problems i have clearly mentioned I don't want this Asteriod model any more and want to haveI Don't want this asteroid model. And i want this phoenix ultra ACE model as replacement and already informed as I am ready to pay difference amount at time of delivery or in advance But this Boltt CompanyDoesn't want to give this phoenix ultra ACE model and They are sending multiple times this faulty asteroid model. and they are just forcing me to use this faulty model they don't wanna give the new phoenix model even I am ready to pay extra money for the phoenix model.very hopeless service , Bakwas is fireboltt company service and support , I recommend don't purchase any firebolt smart watchesAlso main thing is this hopeless Firebolt company is not owning responsibility to repair faulty piece in warranty period ...All : this is my request as don't purchase anything from this hopeless firebolt company

The watch looks premium, very sturdy build and tough. However it's a huge dial so if you have tiny wrists not possible to use.. Also doesn't look appropriate for girls as it will look too huge on a girls hand ...Buy if you like metal dial, premium look and feel, superb belt go for it, price is very worth it. Forget accuracy in sensors not at all as accurate as an amazefit or samsung.Also while the belt is removable, forget even trying to remove it it's so impossible to remove the company fitted one that you won't be able to install a new one. It seems as if the belt is jammed tight in the metal clasp of the watch! I returned as I could not remove the belt, the next watch too is the same. I've given up trying to remove the belt, can use the one pre-installed with watch, it's a very nice one as well...
