I teach middle school and I do have an exceptional number of ESL students in the classroom. I got these cards to attach to the wall above the board. When students line up for dismissal, they seem to enjoy trying to enunciate the various greetings. I strongly recommend that you do NOT use the sticky squares that come with the package. Those squares will ruin both the card and the paint on the wall.

Many of the people depicted on these cards are sterotypes- not just traditional clothing. I started to put these cards up and stopped and trashed them. I think they could have done better with thepictures. yikes

All you have to do is take a close look at the pictures. Romania looks like Count Dracula. USA is a cowboy.

This made a great display for the children to lear

After beginning to hang these cards I realized all the people depicted were in stereotypical dress. I cut the people off and still used the greetings for my board.
