I think these stay in place VERY WELL, much better than the Walmart brand did, and I was reasonably satisfied with that brand, too. . These just stay in place exceptionally well. I have an injured ankle and, strangely enough, these generic Lidocaine patches do provide some relief. I wouldn't think of putting these on an ankle, but even with all the typical ankle contours and the fact that the patch must be expected to slide in an out of a sock or shoe, these patches are holding up extremely well. Highly recommend.

No other brand I’ve tried has adhered this well. Hint: fabric first aid tape helps on corners if in an area that rubs on your clothes.

I have bought these patches multiple times and it definitely is a great product for its price. It works for the pain well.I will say it does fall off easy, especially if you exercise and can NOT go in the shower. Forgot to take off once and it was sticky like all over the patch.They are very stretchy and you can use tape to keep them on longer.

I use these pretty regularly, and I stumbled across this brand and the price was really good. Works the same as brand name.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I need the pain patches every day. I chose it originally because I've been happy with the Amazon products. In the beginning it was wonderful, worked well and was easy to apply. It's still easy to apply but will not stay on for the length of time advertised. I tried a replacement patch and was very unhappy with it so I will probably have to come back to the Amazon one for ease of application and reduction of pain even if I need to replace it during the day because it won't stay on.

I have AS & these patches work fantastic even better than my prescription patches that are 5% lidocaine. HSA eligible too makes it a huge win for my ailments. Thank You

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I somehow managed to pull a muscle in my hip flexor, and these patches are making my life So much better!

Lidocaine patch does the trick, but I’ve found other brands easier to use.This comes folded (why the extra full-size packaging for each patch?), with two separate pieces to remove. If, like me, you’re putting it on your back, this is a bit awkward as cannot see what you’re doing to get second piece off.As well, unlike other patches I’ve bought, the gel goes to the edge of the patch. This means there’s no super sticky “border” to help hold patch in place. Thus. Amazon patch has rolled and wrinkled more than other brands with a sticky borde.
