The product is good and I like the LED, helps alot. No issues at this time.I was sad that i could not closes the door when the mirror is hung. I can only use it with the door open.

The product work as expected. I can’t close the door, but that’s not a dealbreaker, and the door hook seems a bit weak. This is a good quality product. Maybe it’s just me but the app doesn’t work and it seems like there is no longer free classes on the site. Between that and not being able to close the door is why I gave it 4 out of 5

The mirrors fold out perfectly and the lights are bright enough even in low lighting. Easy to hang and adjust. I can finally fade the back of my head without needing help.

Pay attention to the review dates because earlier models were more sturdy. I purchased the same mirror a few years ago and it made cutting my hair so much easier. I don't know why I wasn't my whole life. When I moved my mirror was packed and I wouldn't get my stuff for over a month and decided to order a new mirror with the LEDs because it would be cheaper then a couple barber shop haircuts plus my old one didn't have lights. I first hooked the mirror to my door and noticed the new mirror had plastic hooks that were a little over 1/8th of an inch. Unless your door is way too small for the frame you can't close the door with the hooks like you used to do. Plus the mirror twists on the hooks as it is loosely connected to the arms. On top of that the weight of the mirror is too much and as you are cutting your hair the mirror started sliding down on one side making my line crooked. Every time you change the angle of the mirror the hinge of the adjustable mirrors wobble and you have to hold them in place until it stops which makes making small adjustments to check the view really tiresome. The LEDs honestly I would go without. I found them to bright and they caused a problem when looking at yourself which is the whole point of the mirror. They need to go back to the original design and then 5 stars the whole way with the old one.

This was not what I was fully expecting. The mirrors and the lights worked great but when you try to hang it on the door the hooks are too think and when attempting to close the door it snapped the hooks off the frame so now it won’t hang. If they would make the clips thinner this product would be perfect !
