I bought this 4 step ladder of amazon basics. At first, I thought it might not be strong, but after using it, I was really surprised. It is very strong and feels safe while standing on it. The steps are wide and comfortable, and it does not slip even on smooth floors.I use it at home for cleaning fans, reaching high shelves, and also in my shop sometimes. It is useful in many ways. The build quality is very good, and it feels like it will last a long time.Overall, I am very happy with this ladder. Good product for home, shop, or office use. Worth the money

Bought 5 Steps ladder received delivery within 2 days. Heavy duty, excellent build quality, weight is also fine. No scratches, good finish, comfortable and very safe to use. No wobbling while climbing. Excellent product and good value for money.

I bought this home ladder from Amazon expecting good quality, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. On the very first day of use, the step lock system broke, making it unsafe and unreliable. A ladder should be strong and sturdy, but this one feels cheap and poorly made. Totally not worth the money. I strongly do not recommend this product to anyone looking for a durable and safe ladder. Extremely dissatisfied.

It can be used to paint walls, to clean fans, ceilings, top surfaces, so it is multipurpose.It's foldable doesn't take much space and is light weighted so easy to carry arround. Packing was good, no damage found. Delivery was on time.
