It's OK...
Pretty awkward, I've used a better design since I bought this one which is much better and was the same price. I would say look for something smaller that can also be used at an angle as this only works when holding it upright. Using it in the shower is better. Trying to use it over a sink just makes a huge mess!

GUARANTEE PERIOD
This is an excellent product which I have been using for a lot of years. The reason I have docked a star is because generally speaking the batteries fail around the 2 years mark. The product is guaranteed for 2 years so if (as has happened in the past) it fails within the 2 years you can get it replaced free of charge. This product arrived without a receipt and therefore if it does fail within the guarantee period it is not going to be a straight forward process of producing the receipt. I would have to go thru Amazon. Other than that I wholeheartedly recommend this product.

Quality of CUSTOMER SERVICE
My water Jet flosser battery started to fail at around 14 months old and I contacted the seller who asked me to return its which I did and they have now replaced with a new one.I could not fault what the machine did prior to failure and this was my second one, with the first one lasting over three years. So thank you to the supplier for being prompt and providing excellent customer service.

Five Stars
Easy to use, much easier than flossing and really freshens up your mouth. Nice long battery life too.

Rubbish!
Absolute rubbish! There is no power behind the jet of water. You just have a stream of cold water around your gums - I can't see how it can possibly remove plaque?
