We opened the windows whilst we sprayed this and I’m so pleased I bought this. It’s amazing and did the trick. I should have bought this ages before. No more stains. Yes there’s an initial smell, but it’s not overpowering if you open the windows.

It does the job on water stains but if you're using this indoors, I'd recommend a brush-on variety: the propellant stinks and it creates a lot of dust.

RECOMMEND WEARING RESPIRATOR MASK AND EYEWEAR. Brilliant. Didn't have damp in home, but a tennant had put plants on window sill and allowed water to spill over and onto wall over a period of 4 years, causing mold growth below the window. Bleach cleaned off the dead mold but it had stained. I ordered this, sprayed the wall in small area and one coat of cream paint over the top to match the room, its un-noticeable. Put paper on areas as droplets can spray on things. It is very volitile, Had to leave a window open for 2 days and shut the door, blocking the bottom of a door with a bathroom mat. The smell is awful. Recommend a respirator mask to protect lungs and eyes. 5 stars.

I recently used the Everbuild Stain Block, and while it did an okay job, there were a few areas where it could have performed better.Positives:Easy to Apply: The spray nozzle works well, and it’s simple to use, making it convenient for quick touch-ups. No need for a brush or roller, which saves time.Highly Pigmented: The product does cover stains pretty well in a single coat, especially lighter ones like water marks or small scuffs. For minor stains, it works as advertised.Where It Falls Short:Multiple Coats Required for Tougher Stains: While it’s advertised as highly pigmented, I found that it took more than one coat to fully block darker stains like nicotine or damp marks. I had hoped for better coverage with just one application.Odor: The smell is quite strong, so be sure to use it in a well-ventilated area. The odor lingered longer than I expected, which was a bit of a downside.Drying Time: The drying time was longer than anticipated. Even after waiting the recommended amount of time, the area still felt slightly tacky, which delayed my painting project.Conclusion:Overall, the Everbuild Stain Block is a decent product for lighter stains and small jobs. However, for more severe stains or larger areas, you’ll likely need multiple coats and some patience with the drying time. It’s not a bad product, but there are better options out there for tackling tough stains.

Fantastic product. Purchased to hide the oil marks left behind what felt like a million pieces of pink tac, before painting. Definitely make sure the room is well ventilated though when using.

I live in a flat and have lost count on the number of leaks I get from the flat above. This spray easily and quickly covers any water stains on the ceiling and because it is so highly pigmented with a matt finish, I’ve never needed to paint over it. It’s so instant, it’s like magic! Yes it does have a strong smell, so I wear a face mask and try to use it on a day when I can have the windows wide open and don’t go back in the room for a good few hours. I also used it on a small area of mould and it has done a great job. I won’t be without this stuff now and am armed and ready for the next stain that dares to show up!
