Very happy with my purchase.

I bought this phone for my brother,he is not happy with it because the mouth pin is not working properly also the battery health is 80%.Am very much disappointed.

Going to give this 3 stars, non genuine apple parts are installed in it. Keeps popping up on screen every couple of days saying so.havent noticed any problems yet or don't know if there will be, will see how it goes. For 400 pounds (renewed product) I would have expected genuine apple products.

I purchased this phone in acceptable condition and there is little to no scratches on the screen and body of the device and it has a premium look. The postage was also amazing as it came within 24 hours.

No visual defects, Colour match to advert - not very good. Would have liked a lower price!

I was a bit apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone but I was very surprised it’s immaculate not a scratch on it . So far absolutely no problems but il come back in a month or two and say abit more when I have really starting using it . Very pleased over all . 5 Stars off me so far and the price was great plus the the battery health is good and the sounds quality is great . Worth the purchase

Phone was delivered on time. It is in an excellent condition.New Fone House as a company were easy to deal with. By accident I purchased the same item twice. There were no issues returning one of them and my money was refunded without any quibble
