Dell Laptop
The laptop was cosmetically perfect--and worked perfectly as well. This was one of my few really good decisions and, I now have a "new laptop" at a wonderful price--my thanks to the seller.

Refurbished but awesome
Think of it as a overpowered chromebook for kids. My little girl loves it for school. School issued chromebooks broke down quick, cant even do classes with restart after 30mins and i personally dont like active key logging software loaded on computers or remote access function on. Speed is great for loading school stuff or multitasking and well worth what you pay for it. Only negative was the lack of ports.

Small Laptop great with Xtool crafts
I purchased this as a dedicated laptop for crafting with Xtool. Though I did end up adding an external monitor as the screen is small when designing, it works great for running my M1 Utlra Xtool machine. I probably wouldn't use it for other computer tasks as I am a computer geek by trade and prefer something with more power, memory, storage, etc. But as a dedicated craft use computer, nice as it isn't expensive and gets the job done effectively!

Buyer beware
Laptop has not worked properly since I purchased it. Now it finally won’t turn on at all, even when plugged in. I have lost a lot of work because of this. The seller is at least refunding me, but it doesn’t make up for the lost data. I’m so upset and would caution purchasing from this seller. I will not ever be buying refurbished again.

I'm happy with this purchase.
I opened the box, connected the charger, and it started up very quickly. Going from a Windows 10 to a Windows 11 was very little learning curve. I like to save downloaded to local machine, so I had to figure out how to save "not in the cloud". Battery life is satisfactory, with plenty of warnings. Excellent for the price.

Produce is very good Battery backup and all things are very good but i ned touchscreen so i well return in this laptop

Laptop wasn't properly reset
Laptop was working fine except when it arrived, it wasn't reset. It was asking me to log in which I didn't have. So, I had to manually reset it myself. Also, I noticed that the laptop would only run when plugged in. Probably needed a battery replacement. Was disappointed overall and needed something functional immediately. So I had to return it.
