Just received. I love it. My husband is 6’2” so I ordered the larger size in camel. He has some back issues so he’s excited about the heat. Massage feels nice. Will be great for rocking my grands. Came in 3 boxes. Don’t be alarmed if you get 2 boxes one day and the final box a day or two later. Very easy to assemble—5 minutes or less. My only concern is the handle used to raise the legs. Seems a little flimsy, but hope it will continue to work well for several years to come.

I am 6'4", 340. I got the larger version of this chair for the max weight and size. I am always skeptical of these deals from weird companies but this chair simply suited my needs best for the price so I gambled and I'm happy to say it was good. When I got all the peices out, I thought there's no way this is sturdy but with my size and weight, the thing holds up. It feels great and feels solid. A Heavy human can sit in this with confidence. There are 2 reasons this wasn't 5 Star. First the size and build and cushions and almost everything is great but if you're tall, this might not be best. The only complaint about the chair itself is the back is too short and there's no neck support at all if you're tall. I'm going to need to get a neck pillow thing. Although the recline function, which felt nice and sturdy as well, I don't have that problem, I fit nice. I will say the recline is kinda clunky... you have to do a majority of the work. But that's a small complaint. I did not buy this for the heat and massage. The second reason for 4/5 is the power connector peice was smashed so the heat and massage functions can't work at all, but I didn't really care about that so it was fine for me. Overall, this is a surprisingly nice chair, deceptively sturdy, but dont be tall.

The chair is not for a man over 5 ft tall. I’m 6”3 and the chair is way too small for me. It is firm and glides and does not rock. The shipping was awful. FedEx destroyed the box! Amazingly enough the chair appears to be not broken or damaged. But FedEx is the worst.It is easy to assemble and vibrates. It is pretty useless and does nothing as a massage chair.The chair is made in China and is in my opinion overpriced. I would not buy it again. If I had known that te reviews about it being tiny were accurate. I would not have purchased this at all.Good things is that it is a chair. It is comfortable and my wife likes it. I of course hate it. I feel as if I have been taken and paid over $300 for a chair worth about $100. I would not recommend this chair to anyone. The chair comes from California and is a Chinese cheap garage. It is not dark grey. It is so much lighter grey and the pictures are deceptive. I want to return it. I am very angry and feel taken!

I purchased this recliner last year in may and I loved it. It was very comfy, soft, wide and I enjoyed the heating and massage features. I also enjoyed how far up your legs recline, I am only 5’2 so that was nice. Unfortunately about 4 months later the back support of the frame started to weaken and made the back portion of the recliner lean too far back. It was past the warranty but I reached out to the manufacturer and they were kind and super nice enough. They responded to my message quickly and still replaced my recliner within a couple weeks, without me even sending back the original one. The only down side is that it is not the same style as the first one, although it does have the same features it is a little smaller in width at the seat and the legs don’t recline up as high as I’d like them but overall it was still worth the purchase. I would buy from the company again.

This smaller sized recliner is perfect for the living room space I have available. Without overcrowding. The rocker recliner and massage mechanisms work perfect and it's relaxing. I wish the power cord was longer. It's quiet! The assembly was lack luster. It needs improvement of craftsmanship. Especially the zippers for the armrest. But I worked through it with the help of the seller. They did a great job assisting me with issues. Well done with good efficient communication.For the price you get a bang for the bucks.

The vibrations f it doesn't really help your backor the massaging part is not good at all it just is annoying kind of feeling and the cord is too short it's pretty heavy it's easy to use it looks great it's not noisy at all is good for rocking your baby and if you have a stiff back yeah it works good
