My business partner and I often work together in a co-working space, and join the same Zoom / Teams calls - each using his own laptop. We've continually struggled with ways to connect headphones and microphones so we can hear (and be heard) - without any background noise.This little device is the answer to our prayers. The mic filters out background noise very effectively. We use a headphone splitter to connect two pairs of headphones to its headphone plug. It has a very smooth bottom for placing on a desktop etc. The connection is by the supplied USB-C cable which is around 2m long.This is only a microphone, although it looks like a speaker there is no speaker inside it. However, there is a 3.5mm jack socket on the side where a speaker can be attached but note that the level is very low so would need a powered speaker or headphones.The pickup of the microphone is very good, you can walk around your room, and it picks your voice up from any direction. The quality is reported as being very good too. There is also a mute button on the top for quick muting.I have used this on a Windows 10 PC, and it was plug and play, no drivers to install and no setup to be done. It worked out of the box.A little pricey for a microphone only but if you require good quality and all-round voice pickup then this is the thing to get. Just put it on your desk and talk. No need to lean over to speak into a microphone.

Bought this a while ago for use in the office so two people could sit in on a video call meeting. I have googled and youtubed how to use it, how to set it up.. nothing works. The phone number on the box doesn't get answered. Any help on getting this thing working is appreciated.

Works very well . Just a bit smaller than expected. But works 100%would get again .

Unfortunately it doesn't work just to plug into a speaker and as sound amplifier.
