Cheap, worked on Win10, but I'd only recommend it to hobbyists due to unofficial drivers
At least at the time of purchase, there was a warning in the description that the drivers don't work on Windows 10. Well if your Search-Fu is decent enough, you'll probably have no trouble locating a Windows 10 driver. Just be warned that some versions lurking online have a virus. This was true of one of the downloads I found, but there was another that was clean. As for the "official" drivers... I'm pretty sure these K150 programmers have a lot of varied clones. As such, I didn't bother getting the "official" drivers from the seller. Tip for anyone looking for a working driver. Use social media video websites to your advantage. I found videos that showed someone with this exact model using it on Windows 10. I can't say for certain that this was how I found the drivers, but at the very least it was proof to me that a driver existed. When online chip flashing services run you 4-5x the cost of this device, and you don't mind fiddling a little, this programmer works just fine for much less.

Excellent product, as specified
Excellent product, as specified, and I tried it and it works properly. The shipping was fast and arrived at the appointed time. The only thing I had to find the software that I found on youtube. The program I use to program is mplab x, with I think the hex code and software k150 charge and nothing else I program. If you need the software you can mail me karen.len23@gmail.com.

stopped working after the 8th use.
thanks to the the other comments i was able to download drivers and software, worked flawlessly for about 8 times, then for some reason windows started to mark it wit a yellow exclamation mark in device manager, tried in my wife's laptop and its the same, update manually the drivers and exclamation mark was gone but software cannot communicating with it through the selected port always prompting an error. so i get what i payed for, a cheap disposable programmer.

Solder bridge out of the box
The ZIF socket had a bridged solder joint on the back. I don't mind fixing it but this means it hasn't been tested before selling to customers.

Very nice and affordable product, too bad it's not what I am looking for.
Fast delivery, in good shape, unfortunately I was looking for a programmer that's compatible with PIC32MX family controller, otherwise it worked very well, although it doesn't come with a CD to install the driver, but the driver and installation instruction can be easily found just by Google "K150 PIC Programmer"

It works but has a bit of a learning curve
I've read a few reviews in regards to this product and have seen both good and bad reviews. I will be brief with mine. The good: fast prompt shipping with all the parts needed to get you going (includes the cable). The build quality was pretty good, seems solid and came with some plastic feet attached so the board isn't just sitting on your counter top.The bad: No real information on how to use this product. No manuals, no software. I have found both here at this link http://www.elektrobot.hu/downloads/PIC_programozo/ . If you do not have windows 7 or OLDER you will not be able to use this software. There are currently no drivers for Windows 8 or 8.1, Linux or Mac. I was able to get this board to work on Windows 7 32bit . I haven't tried a 64bit so your mileage may vary. Some tips to get things going: There are no markings on the socket for orientation. The program provided does show you how to position the chip in the socket but not which way is up. The lever that is used to lock the chip in place is where the dot or notch should go. In order to get he programmer to communicate with software you need to select your "COM Port" for the programmer. Simply go into device manager and look for your device. I believe it will be listed as a USB to Serial adapter. For some reason my computer assigned it to COM Port 13. The program only would allow me to go up to a single digit. So I went back to device manager and reassigned it to 2 and was good to go. It was a bit of a learning curve at first but was able to program 2 16F630 chips for SuperCIC and IGR for a Super Nintendo project.
