Disappointed
I was skeptical at first but just received today and it works better than my original tv remote! Just put in the batteries and that was it. Have a new 82” Samsung and it works perfectly.****UPDATE***Remote stopped working randomly after using for just a few days. Will be returning this item.

Such a perfect replacemement, I just ordered another . . .
After many years I wore out my original 2016 Remote and the TV won't do certain setups without use this type of remote. So it worked great with my 2016 UN55KS8000 microLED TV and allowed me to get my TV back as an integral part of my Media System and it saved my . . .I just bought another so I would have a spare and another so I can have one in several places.

It is not good quality.
Previously i had purchased a couple of $10 remotes they were just ok ,they worked but were a cheapies. When one stopped working i thought i would upgrade to this more exspensive item .Received this remote and popped in 2 batteries and it worked . The volume had to be repeatedly clicked to change volume it wouldn't rapidly change volume by holding down . Likewise the cursor had to be pressed repeatedly. After using for a while the remote stopped operating. Putting it down to batteries I opened a brand new pack of energizers popped them in and it worked . A day later it stopped working again. I removed the batteries checked the battery compartment and springs reinsert ed the same batteries and it worked again. This was a daily thing ,by even removing one battery and reinserting it rebooted the remote, I have now got a refund for this item.

Works well enough, buttons can be mushy.
Worked right away out of the box but the buttons are a bit mushy. Good for the price though.

Works, but lacks Netflix, Prime selection buttons on the original.
Very stiff buttons. Usable but, I should have bought the model with Netflix and Prime buttons, as these functions were on the original that broke. The 123 and EXTRA buttons seem not to perform any function on my TV??? So, just an okay rating. Should this unit malfunction, I will replace with the model with Netflix and Prime buttons.
