I like this a lot. There are so many different types of vibrations I can use to get the relief I need. The battery life is also great I charged it once and it’s been going very well on that one charge. It does feel a bit flimsy but it’s been holding up pretty good. I’m happy with it.

** Edit **For those who are having issues with the intensity level: try connecting the wires to the unit and placing them on yourself BEFORE powering the unit. We had numerous rounds of interactions to troubleshoot the product, me providing videos of device behaviour then receiving feedback with subsequent instructions. She engaged other areas when initial information gathering proved ineffective in resolving things, escalated matters after understanding the problem (which was still unresolved at that point).I can't overstate the level of professionalism and empathy she exhibited. The product is good, works well so far, and over time we'll see about longevity. But her customer service was OUTSTANDING! Other companies should take note that the bar has been raised and Megawise should be proud to call her as part of their team.

Interphase is not very well thought out. Increasing intensity in one channel increases intensity in the other. They don’t take returns. I got this unit because it was cheaper than other brands, I do not recommend

Decent product, but don't scan the QRC in the booklet because it will charge you money.

This machine helped me with my knee pain, very easy to use.

Item broke down but they replaced it without any problems

The unit works fine. I like that the screen is very bright. Now the . Why the 3 stars? 1. Ten‘s pad holder is missing! Be aware of this as this is a an important part of having a full set of equipment for a tens unit! The ad photo is misleading as it clearly pictures it in the bundle. The manual clearly lists the pads holder wire organizer as included too! I do not want to spend $10 more just to get one. Seems like false advertising. 2. Also, this unit is far more complicated to use than many similar ones that I’ve used over the years. 3. the on-off button is in a very bad location so it is very hard to use it when both of the cables are connected to the unit. This company doesn’t take returns even though it’s on prime, so buyer beware! I complained to Amazon and they gave me a full refund so I’m happy with Amazon.
