Replacement Eyelet Adapter for Skylight and Awning Window Operators, Unpainted

I originally purchased one only other one of these here on Amazon that Was plastic which broke on its first use and with terrible customer service from that company I decided to try this one glad I did it’s unfortunate that I didn’t find this one first it is solid metal and does the job great

I bought these to replace the hex drive that came with my skylights - a hex socket on the skylight, and a hex ball on the rod. The hex drive never worked well, and eventually the ball siezed up in the socket. I used the 39-97 eyelet to replace the hex socket, and a 39-95SP hook drive to replace the ball. These components work as they should and are a definite upgrade from the hex. My only complaint is that they seem a little pricy for what they are.

Works just like it should and solved the issue of not being able to open the window, since it was out of our reach.

I they had a larger socket so I didn't have to drill it out to fit the match up part
