It took me a few tries to find the right “dose.” for me, what works best is 3 sprays on top of shaft/head and 3 sprays bottom of shaft/head equaling 6 total. I do this about 10-20 minutes prior to starting foreplay.This makes me last around the 15 minute mark comfortably multiple positions. my GF doesn’t like any longer than about 15-20 minutes anyway, so this works perfectly. There is a slight desensitizating effect but i don’t lose complete feeling for sure.The only one negative is the smell/odor is quite strong. my GF commented on the smell immediately the first time and still does often but she’s OK with it and there no sort of transfer (although I still use condom as well so can’t speak on raw). Why couldn't the sender's address on the label simply be "Amazon Fulfillment" or something innocuous like that?! Unfortunately, I had this sent to my office. At a minimum, the receptionist who signed for the package is wondering why I'm having pharmaceuticals sent to my office. Absolutely insane stuff, highly recommend! One con is that there is an odor, but its ignorable. Use it before the transition between fore and pen. Makes oral kind of gross due to the odor. Improved my time by 15 minutes, worked like a dream.

Product works very well. I use 3 pumps from the spray and wait about 15 minutes for activity. Patience is a must. If you don't wait for the product to soak ito the skin the effects will not work as expected.I have used this spray for 6 months and the 1st bottle seemed to have more product in it.
