This chair is nice! Solid build, very comfortable. Could use more padding on the butt. But still an excellent product.

I replaced the casters with roller blade type of wheels. This makes its movements smoother and it allows me to use the chair without a chair mat. The chair itself seems to be well made but it isn't as comfortable as it could be. Reaching the levers and extending the foot rest is cumbersome. I would not buy this chair again.

I use this chair almost everyday for multiple hours and if someone plans to buy this for similar use I have to let you know this is a very uncomfortable chair. You might as well since on a wooden bench. It has no cushion and the additional features do not make up for how how miserable it is to sit on this chair. I have bought cheaper chairs that have been way or comfortable but I was trying to spend a little more money for durability but cannot wait any longer to replace this chair.

Nice looking as well as comfortable and good quality.

Fully Reclines, but it takes a bit to get used to. It doesn't "pop" into place so finding a comfortable position is a bit of a task. Overall I love it. Great for my 20 min afternoon nap & comfortable as a desk chair.

Chair does not rock, but tilts and is very uncomfortable. Leg support poorly designed and very awkward to use so left it off. Been with Amazon for 13 years and I am a steady customer this is one of the poorer purchases.

I was looking for chair, and I found it at amazon, that is what I really want.
