I would have given this product 0 Stars if it was an option. We got this to put our dog's ashes who we lost at 14 years old and the day it arrived I opened it up and was devastated to see this. The paw prints were warned the wood was cracked it look like it had been put through a windmill. we picked this one after much consideration because we thought it was simple and plain yet had the paw prints. if you are going to buy this I would caution against it maybe this was a one-off but either way something like this that is meant to be a sacred keepsake for your beloved pet should not have came in this way.

The sturdiness and crafting of this box are fine. The size is more than enough for our cats creamations and probably will fit another cat when she goes.There is a small water or fluid stain on the bottom sliding cover. When the cover is opened there is a very strong odor of mildew. Currently trying to air it out and have some baking soda in there and a dryer sheet. I probably will have to make a new sliding cover as this seems to be where most of the smell is coming from and the stain - its only cheap particle board and may have some around the garage.If the smell doesn't go away we will be exchanging this.Otherwise seems good value for the money.

This is a nice urn. I must have ordered the wrong size or they sent me the wrong size. Either way I had to send it back. I was refunded the same day which was unexpected but fine by me. I planned on ordering the same one but bigger but was afraid to take the chance. Besides once it came and I looked it over I wasn't too pleased that to get to the inside you had to take off 4 screws. I thought it might have a sliding door and be more secure. But all in all it was an urn that would be fitting for a final resting place for your pet. AAAAA.....

UPDATE: WHY WAS I NOT OFFERED A REFUND. THEY SENT WRONG SIZE AND THEY ADJD PRICE SINCE. I PAID 36$ .. The Lbs. Listed Said for up to 100 lb pet I failed to read the dimensions of the box. I had ordered from another site a box on the same day to pick from the two. This one came later, and it is soooo small … only to hold ashes of a very small bunny , not anything larger. The other site I bought from, turns out to be the the same design, was the same price as the other site (small box) for a correct size. PLEASE check dimensions before you buy this is …Not for larger pet!!!

I received this Urn after putting my beloved dog down 1 week ago. This one is absolutely Beautiful with the inlay paw prints, and the brass accents on the corners. The screw closure is another plus!. I'm going to order a brass plaque to mount to the side of the Urn, with personalization. My dog weighed approximately 85 lbs. I ordered the medium size. I don't think all of his cremains would fit inside, but that's fine because I asked for a smaller second bag of his cremains so I could spread some in his favorite places.Very pleased with this purchase.

Ordered two and am very pleased with the quality of the wood used as well and the construction quality. The metal paw prints and ornamentation was Inlaid or attached very meticulously. The memorial box makes a fine resting place for my beloved Papillon where he can still keep me company in my living room. Shipping was very fast the price was reasonable. Satisfied customer and superb seller.

I wanted a nice box for the placement of my dog's remains, and I wasn't disappointed with this one in any way. My dog was very special to me and this box gave me a special place to lay him to rest. When he passed a year ago, I ordered a different box, but was never satisfied with it, this one is a keeper, I'm happy, and I feel my companion is happy in his final resting place too.

Purchased 2 wood urns in USED Like New and USED Very Good condition. Both urns were seriously defective, cracked, chipped and the top is coming off one of them. Bottom is cheap particle board. Urns were not consistent in size. Both urns arrived double boxed with plenty of packing materials so I’m not blaming USPS for the damage. Appears to just be a very low quality product, immediately returned for a refund. And placed an order from another seller.

Beautiful, well made and a perfect resting place for our much missed pooch. We bought the medium for our 10kg westie, more than enough space. A large would have been able to hold the crematorium tube meaning you wouldn't need to see the contents of the tube. Our boy is now sitting on our shelf back asnpart of the family.

Very nice casket. Just what we wanted to keep our fur baby's ashes in. Only took 4 days to arrive from India.
