I used this for years but recently was forgetting to take it. Fortunately the bottle was still in date and I got back on it. I've already noticed impressive improvement on a couple of problems I was struggling with. No observable negative side effects. I won't forget to take it again AND---It's great to find it on Amazon!Update 4-17-19 Evidently not for me - mild diarrhea. i suspect it is too high a dose or the combination is not okay for me. Since I opened it and have taken two pills, I cannot return it, but I don't want to give an unqualified positive review. If you are considering it, you might want to research first or try either the turmeric OR the cinnamon alone..

Good product to try for inflammation. Works well with my other meds and doctor didn't have anything bad to say about using it. You'll never know if it works for you unless you give it a try.

I've always tried to use spices and herbs to stay healthy and over come illness. So far I have managed just that. Suggest you do research and see if you can be helped or prevent illness. I am lucky that I have a doctor that agrees with me. And since I haven't been sick in the 35 plus years I've been seeing her she says keep doing what you are doing. Faith, gardening and walking helps too.

Have had this product months ago and was very pleased with it; then it disappeared from Amazon only to come back so I ordered more. This round of product is very messy, you will get orange all over the place if you are not aware it is one your hands

I have chronic pain and diabetes. I purchased it mainly for the positive effects on blood sugar. Unfortunately, my pain overwhelms most over the counter medications so I didn’t purchase it for pain relief. I can say that it hasn’t had a negative effect on pain.I am using your supplement along with a much improved personal diet plan to improve my overall health. So far, so good. I do plan to purchase more of your product. No side effects, easy to take.

After having read the reviews, I thought it would be wise to try this turmeric and cinnamon combo knowing I have a few inflammatory spots in my digestive track. "To relieve pain and inflammation" can be read on the box. The reviews seemed also to be very positive. Yet, if you have an inflamation in your digestive track, these pills should not be taken because there is Black pepper!!!! It is an absolute "no no" in case of inflamation...very bad. On the box, in small font is written" consult a practitionner if you have..."Unfortunately, I opened the box before realizing all these negative points. I feel upset with myself and the company. Money out of the window.

I have only been taking this supplement for a couple of weeks, but so far it seems to be a good product. I didn't realize it but i've noticed that I haven't had joint pain lately, so I will continue to use this product and send updates later.
