This is the worst product I have purchased. Waste of money. Only after eleventh day of purchase the mouse started malfunctioning. In just 5 days the mouse consumed 3 pairs of battery. The sleep mode doesn't works properly the mouse remains active even when you are not using it for a long time May be one of the reason why it drains so much battery, there is nothing as sleep mode for this mouse. I tried complaining to Amazon as well as the company but no one seems to have helped me in anyways. The Amazon's customer service said your refund window is expired so they can't return or refund and asked me to contact the companies customer service which is even far worse then Amazon's services. The customer service of the company is so pathetic that either they won't pick your call or they will make excuses like sorry you brought it online ask Amazon for help, the senior of the office is absent call us tomorrow, we are on lunch break call us later. They are the most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced. There is nothing as warranty for this product. I have called them so many time and even mailed but no one is helping. Long story short if you buy this product you're on your own don't expect anything from the company. I would not recommend anyone to buy this prodoct.

very fragile.... Once the mouse fell it stopped working completely.... however i tried a number of times to use it again and magically it started working after a week or so. In any case, I think this is a good combo productpost few months however jt bas completely stopped working. so u can buy it as a loght disposable combo but it wont be a replacement for some nice permanent mouse and keyboard

Good product.Single adapter for both mouse and keyboard.But got a keyboard damaged from the sides.Shall ask for a replacement.Ordered a black and orange combination but got a black and yellow. Anyways that's ok

The keyboard worked perfectThe mouse had delays- like gaps where it just won't work in small Gaps !Returned the product within few hours of usage as its totally not worth it !Suggest to buy it in the first place

Absolute worthless product. The construction is of utmost thirdgrade plastics something you associate withe cheap toys. The printing on keys don't seem durable . Glaring hole below the mouse , don't know if it was meant for something .i ordered this product just because it marketed as made in India . Totally dissapointed

Worst product started mal functioning with in 15 days of use shows 2 years warrenty but Amazon refuse to comply. The free anti virus provided by prodot for year is again cheating with customer as it is trail verson and the key provided is not activated no reply from prodot

The product was delivered well. I immediately plugged into the desktop. But after a week or so, i saw that the Keyboard was not working. I thought that batteries might have drained out. After a week, when i changed the batteries, it still didnt work. This is awful product. With no warranty and no return policy (because 10 days have elapsed from delivery date), i feel screwed with the product. The mouse is working fine but not the keyboard. I am not sure if Amazon can replace this.

Inferior quality product both the mouse and the keyboard are poor performance. Mouse not working. There is no way you can switch off either of these devices.
