This is a solid choice for those looking for an affordable uninterruptible power supply, particularly for powering sensitive equipment like CCTV cameras. I have been using the UPS continuously for past week.One of its standout features is its **auto-restart function**, which ensures seamless resumption of operation after a power cut, making it incredibly convenient for CCTV systems that require continuous operation. The more reputed brands like APC and V guard don't have this function which is what made me chose Zebronics. The only problem is that it immediately resumes operation on low battery when power comes back instead of waiting for an hour or so for battery to have sufficient back up resulting in it shutting off in few minutes if power goes off again.Coming to backup time, While the seller has warning that says the UPS is not meant for micro load devices like Routers, the package of UPS says otherwise, It clearly states that this UPS supports micro load. The UPS gave a backup of more than 3 hours with just wifi router connected. With my CCTV system which consist of NVR, wifi router and 6 IP cameras, It gave about 1 hour backup. Time will tell how long the battery will last but I am satisfied with the backup time.However, the product has its shortcomings. The **build quality feels a bit cheap**, with materials that don't inspire long-term durability compared to other brands in the same price range. Furthermore, Zebronics falls behind in terms of **service center availability**, which can be frustrating for users who encounter issues and need quick assistance.The other problem is the annoying loud beep this produces every 10 sec on battery mode. This is not really a Zerbonics specific problem but a universal problem among entry level UPS irrespective of brand. I have no idea why they don't give us a mute button to silence the UPS. The only way to silence is it by removing cover and disconnecting speaker but it will lead to voiding warrantyZerbonics provides 3 UPS models in this price range but the only difference between them seem to be cosmetic. .I am very satisfied with this UPS. Its a great deal especially considering its thousand rupees cheaper than APC while having Auto restart function which is ideal for Routers, CCTV or Other systems that need power 24/7

I have been using this UPS for 10 weeks now.Initially it used to take 1 mini-PC, 1 monitor and 1 small fan (40W).Recently, I noticed that the UPS starts beeping, mostly due to battery drain) when i connect these 3 to it.When i switched off the fan, it stopped beeping which means the battery drains faster when i connect the fan too to the pool.Considering that I have used this only for 10 weeks, it is a concern about the quality of the product

Don't buys this product , waste of money , i m telling you all this don't even lasts 30 seconds when electricity cuts, I used it for like 3 4 months , it works good for initial months but then it will show you it's true colors

I've been using the Zebronics UPS for the past two years, and it's been excellent. It has consistently provided backup during power cuts and protected my devices without any issues. The performance is still solid, and I’ve had no problems so far. Truly a reliable and worthwhile product.

Product damaged a d bit working in delivery. No wag to refund money or replace item. This is not acceptable and seems to be a low quality product that does t even turn on.
