Nice flavorful protein pasta
Prefer the mushroom, but this also has great flavor.

A new favorite
The Tangle Mushroom is great, it tastes very similar to a mushroom risotto. If I had any complaints at all, its that it needs more mushroom pieces, but I find that true for all instant noodle topping packs. The texture is like a thick ramen, but the noodles taste really close to standard noodles, even with the chickpeas in them. I will be trying the others. Awesome.

Great flavor & texture
Great flavor & texture for a protein pasta. Sauce has a little kick which is good & not overly spicy. I added spinach into mine. Great vessel to add extras in. A bit pricey though.

Disappointment in a Bag
At first I was excited to try this product, however was quickly disappointed by the taste and aroma from the “pasta”. The noodles did not go well with the sauce as they quickly fell apart in my mouth. Also, there were too little mushroom pieces. The cooking directions instructed to put 1 1/3 cups of water but ended up being too watery. The instructions need some work…It also doesn’t help that they warn customers of the potential cancer and reproductive harm that it can cause.

Good flavor
Tastes great, would buy again but only from an actual store if I can find them. Mine were shipped in a polymailer and the noodles were broken apart.

Delicious and a great price for an imported, multi-step food item!
My review is for the Tangle Creamy Mushroom Pasta MultiI consider myself an enthusiastic and adventurous eater, definitely open to eating all sorts of cuisines. Because of this, I was really excited to try this Italian sort of pasta / sort of ramen from South Korea which was imported to US!They have multiple flavors but I tried the “creamy mushroom” flavor specifically. I will be honest, I thought there was a lot more steps than I was expecting, based on the packaging instructions. However, I do think they all worked really well together to create the final product – the creamy mushroom pasta.Nutrition-wise, each serving (4 total in the package) has seven grams of fiber as well as 15 g of protein which is great as I often struggle to get my protein needs in on a daily basis. My first time eating this, I did not add chicken for a protein, but I think it would also taste really well and that there was enough sauce included if you followed the on-package instructions exactly, that you could add maybe 4 oz of chicken for an additional protein boostThe package also claims to be ready in 4 minutes however one of my complaints is that this definitely takes longer than 4 minutes with having to have water boiled just to get started. That honestly is my only complaint and why I'm not giving this 5 stars. As for the taste, I thought this was absolutely delicious! I am hopeful that I'll have the chance to try other flavors, especially the garlic oil and the Chunky Tomato.Interestingly, these are from South Korea and these are clearly not South Korean flavors, but I think the company did a wonderful job of applying their sort of dried soup and dried Ramen packet technology at these more accessible flavors for Americans.Overall, I would absolutely recommend this product! I also think the total price of $10, or at about $2.50 per large serving is fantastic!

A step up from instant ramen!
For "instant" pasta, this is really good. It lacks the depth of flavor you get from homemade, but it's a huge step up from instant ramen. The process is essentially the same - boil the pasta and add seasoning. In this case, there are 3 packets instead of 1. First, you boil the pasta with packet #1 (flakes), then add packets #2 (sauce) and #3 (powder). That's it! What I really liked was that the pasta wasn't mushy - it definitely kept an (almost) al dente texture. As much as I enjoyed it, at 380 calories per bag, I left the rest of the packages for my teenagers. My kid and his friend made their own and also gave their thumbs up for both ease of preparation and for taste. His friend said it was a little on the salty side, but my son disagreed. Overall, this is an easy way to upgrade instant ramen without extra work!
