These are great easy fast no fuss no muss easy on the belly

Although I do wish the price was a little bit less, or the quantity a little bit more, I got exactly what I paid for. Inside the bottle are 60 little gel capsules filled with cinnamon. In my experience, they work great for cutting sugar cravings almost completely away. If you're taking methadone, or if you're diabetic and struggling with blood sugar, take 2 of these everyday and you won't want that tub of ice cream smothered in hot fudge anymore.Side note, if it's your time of the month, you're on your own lol.

Well I just started taking these because I read that ceylon cinnamon is a must if you want to get the benefits of taking cinnamon at all. They are a little pricey though. Of course there are others even more expensive so I went with these. I marked down a star because of the price but if they deliver I will change that! Like I said we only just started taking it so we will see. I have a friend who was on a more expensive brand and along with changing her eating habits she was eventually able to get off of her high blood pressure meds. I have been opening the cinnamon capsules and sprinkling them into my bullet proof coffee every morning lately and it is so delicious!

There is no taste and you don’t burp them like some others awesome product

I have used these with my insulin and just my insulin alone. I get better blood sugar readings when I take the cinnamon too!

Great price and helps me a lot

Everything thing was fine I'm really very pleased. It's a great value as well. Then I got the idea to open one up and tasted it. It was rather bland with a light cinnamon taste. It tastes just like Ceylon cinnamon. Which I is not spicy or hot like the grocery variety. I'm thinking maybe it has just been on the shelf 🤔. I'm still taking it. I may try another brand or go to our healfood store. Or I may just render. Just trying to be honest.

Pruduct as described and fast shipping, was a little bit of an issue with the quantity i received at first but they were quick to rectify the problem. No real way to measure the effectiveness but i feel confident its doing what its meant to do and its organic! . And i would buy it again and i would recommend this product!

These are great for sugar managment

I am not a doctor, but since I've started using the Ceylon cinnamon I've been able to drastically cut my insulin use and remove one of my medications. Be careful with it though, because I have had sugar lows when I was taking my usual insulin doses. I'd suggest talking to your doctor or diabetes specialist and monitoring sugars closely. I'm into my second month of this and I am spending nearly 100% of my time in my target zone. It's pretty amazing.
