Swimming Pool & Hot Tub Chemical Dispenser - Chlorine & Bromine Dispenser

We decided to switch to Bromine tablets from Chlorine granules for our hot tub, and this dispenser stood out as the best option, and we're not disappointed. It's pretty clever how it works:The long shaft is threaded all the way down and the outer grey perforated sleeve screws all the way up. How much you unwind this governs how much chemical is released. You load the inner tube with 30mm tablets, carefully dropping them in straight as they will get stuck if you don't. Put the weighted base cap on. Check the guidelines for the suggested dose setting for the chemical type and spa volume, and then wind the outer sleeve to the correct number on the scale that is on the thread. Lock in place with the lock nut. Now lower the dispenser vertically into the water, this forms an air lock keeping the tablets above the part of the perforated sleeve that is unwound dry. As the tablets that are exposed to the water dissolve, the ones above slide down. The weighted base cap keeps the dispenser upright. Brilliant.

Great item for my hot tub, looks strong easy to use not a flimsy plastic, very sturdy iv had this for several months now and it’s a strong item I put in two or three tablets you undo the shaft and tighten the nut to expose the amount of chlorine tablets as needed.

This is our second purchase of this as so good. Dispenses the tablets perfectly and large enough to fit multiply at a time. Adjustable so you can choose how much is being dispensed

It is the best looking one I could find. It takes plenty of the small tablets, and you rotate the shaft for the desired level of chlorine exposure dependant of the size of your spa. Issues are that the shaft can be rotated really easily either resulting in too little or too much chlorine and when you insert the tablets they can get stuck, but not major issues.
