This was an excellent pet carrier for my puppy unfortunately, although it states that it is airline approved, the airlines themselves are allowed to make their own measurement requirements and unfortunately, this one did not meet the measurements needed for my JetBlue flight.By the time I got back from Florida with my pop, I had passed the timeframe to submit my returned item. I feel that this item is a great quality. Excellent pricing, but does not meet the requirements needed for specific airline requirements.. because I missed the deadline. I am going to relist an attempt to sell online to recoup some of the cost.I feel that all pet carrier sellers should be reviewed to ensure that they meet the actual airline requirements instead of the outdated FAA requirements. I don’t believe that there is any combination of the same airlines meeting the same requirements and that is very unfortunate.

Was very excited about this pet carrier. It checked all the boxes that I was looking for. Unfortunately one of the front wheels falls off every time I roll it. The back wheels fit securely into their socket, the front ones are loose and fall off whenever I turned the carrier. I would love to be able to replace just the wheels because the rest of the carrier is a winner!I am editing my review to 5 stars! I realized that there is a certain way to install the wheels. I had a 50/50 shot and I got it wrong! LOL! Make sure the tab is towards the inside of the carrier. Once I did, the wheels clicked in tight and I was able to roll away! Great carrier and excited to use it!

Perfect for a cross-country flight and layover at DFW. The wheels make it easy to transport our puppy.

I would not buy this again, as a matter. Fact, I wanna refund. When you’re pulling it, even if the weight is distributed properly, it flips up, and then it tears the pocket that holds treats and bags and things. I want to know how I can get my money back, I am livid, this is too expensive to only able to use it for one trip.

This carrier was an absolute must for my 20lb kitty. It's very easy to roll over wood, concrete, rocks. Also has carry handles to lift into car. Several openings makes loading kitty easy too. Solid bottom doesn't sag. Wheels are hard to put on when putting it together but they lock on and stay. Handle retracts as well. Definitely recommend this to anyone with larger cat. Great value.

On other rolling carriers there are connectors to attach the bag to the pole handle. On this carrier, there isn't anything to connect the bag to the poll. The wheels go all over the place unlike a different model that I've purchased in the past. The carrier was constantly tipping over and rolling in the wrong direction. I will stick my my older model when I purchase another.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had other carriers and I still use them at home because my dog loves to sleep in it. But without the wheel they became a hassle for me and my bad lumbar and shoulders. But this one is PERFECT! Whoever designed this, they knew what they were doing.The only thing I would consider is adding a removable frame for the body of the carrier, so this way they can stay open at home whenever we’re not traveling. The current system this carrier has doesn’t allow such thing as it collapses as soon as we open either sides.This carrier is by far the best I’ve ever had! I’m so happy I bought it! I can’t wait to go on my next trip with my boo boo.
