I’ve called and messaged them multiple times a day for weeks, but they’ve neither acknowledged nor resolved the issue.It’s shocking how a company can get away with such pathetic customer support. No technician visit, no follow-up — just complete silence.If you’re considering buying from iBELL, don’t. It’s a waste of money, time, and patience.

Product is very good. It was able to kill different types of insects and not only mosquitos.One of the lights got burned out very quickly. Tried reaching out to Support team - they didn't respond in over 2 weeks. Product is good but don't expect any after sales support from them
