I’m really disappointed because this is such a nice kitchen drawer organizer, but I can’t keep it! It’s really great quality, very sturdy and has a good amount of space. I’m disappointed because it’s about 1/4” too large for my drawer! Unfortunately, it has to go back.

This organizer is so amazing. It's sturdy and large. I wish it was a little longer to cover the entire width and height of the drawer I have. It is the closest and best fit I could find for my custome drawers. I love that it has the various compartments and like that for the most part the compartments are large. The smaller center sections can be sued with or without the dividers and it's very very useful. GREAT QUALITY

This drawer is extendable so it fits my large kitchen drawer perfectly. It will really help with keeping my kitchen tools organized instead of a jumbled mess. What’s more, it’s made with renewable material (bamboo). I may even order another one!

Contacted the vendor to confirm food safeness. Sometimes bamboo or other products from Asia look great, but are treated with harsh chemicals not ideal for ingesting.Response was: Both the bamboo and acacia products use food-safe finishes that have passed rigorous third-party testing through SGS and NAP to meet food safety standards.I still wiped things down, just in case but can confirm after a week that there is no lingering chemical smell which sometimes happens.

Update 8/31/24: The company kindly sent me a replacement free of charge. I am hoping the crack in the previous one was just a defect. It really is a beautiful organizer. Great customer service!I really wanted to love this, but after less than two weeks it has started to crack down the middle. I see the same thing had happened to another reviewer. As you can see, I dont have anything heavy on it. I guess the material is just not good quality. Thankfully it has not been 30 days. I will be returning. Sucks because it’s a beautiful piece and nicely organizes utensils. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

Product is well made. Exceeded my expectation. It fits beautifully in the drawer.

Update on below review:The customer service is really fantastic. After having the below issues, they resent me another product and followed up via text and email. So far so good. The product is very aesthetically beautiful.The first one I bought cracked down the middle after a couple of weeks. I returned and ordered another one. Amazon delivered an empty box with no product. I placed an order for a third organizer. It arrived "new" in the plastic wrapping and the exact same crack down the middle, as shown in pictures. At this point I think it's a defect in the design and materials and feel that even if I receive one that isn't cracked, it will eventually have the same fate with some use. I don't really want to take the risk and order another one and be out of the return window.

Great product and fits my drawer perfectly. Great value for money as it’s very sturdy bamboo. Very easy to set up and great for organising our kitchen utensils. Can be configured slightly differently so very versatile and fits its purpose perfectly.
