Easy Install and Value for money
This was a perfect replacement for my blower motor on my older furnace and easy to change. Just make sure your VAC and MFD requirements are the same as the front of this model. The +- for the MFD was slightly different from my old capacitor.When removing the old capacitor safely discharge it first and test it to verify it is bad. Then discharge the new one just to be safe and then connect it. The power should always be off when switching the capacitor.Ultimately the capacitor was not my main problem. I ended up removing the motor and realized whoever serviced the motor last did not properly set the locking nut on the blower wheel. So the motor was locked in place. Luckily as soon as I noticed the furnace went out I turned off the furnace. After servicing the motor per the instructions in the internal panel adding the correct drops of motor oil and removing all of the dust. The fan spins freely now and the capacitor worked fine.
