Transparent Labs Stim-Free Pre-Workout - Caffeine & Stim Free Pre Workout Powder for Men and Women with Beta Alanine Powder, Citrulline Malate, & elevATP - 30 Servings, Strawberry Lemonade

Wanted to switch to a Stim free pre-workout. Transparent Labs seemed to have a good, long standing reputation, but this is the first time for me using any of their products. Will not be the last. Great, lasting pump. Seemed expensive at first but always look deeper into the serving number. Someone may say more servings per container but 2 scoops to get what you need from one here. Taste is good. Fine powder that mixes well just shaking or stirring with a spoon.

First, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. Some of the reviews here had me dreading it, but I've tried both strawberry lemonade and blue raspberry, and can happily report that they're both decent. It's about the flavor you'd expect if Monster Energy made a strawberry lemonade or blue raspberry flavor....not something you'd drink for fun, but if you can handle Monster, this will taste fine.As for effectiveness, I bought both Lean and Stim-Free, and both of them make an immediate and noticeable difference. I can't yet comment on long term gains, but what I can say is:After taking Lean for just a week, I added two reps for both pull-ups and bench press, and that's after being stuck on a plateau for bench for the past few weeks. I was also massively more energetic during my initial warmup.I also took Stim-Free before a morning jog. I noticed a clear tingling sensation in my face and chest, which is one of the potential side effects associated with greater bloodflow. I'm not a very good runner and usually get lactic acid pain pretty quickly, but during this run, there was no lactic acid at all, which is one of the main benefits that Stim-Free claims. I felt purely limited by how hard I was breathing and not by muscle pain.One week in and I'm already a clear five stars. I'll check back in once I have evidence of long term gains.

I have POTS and struggle with staying hydrated and not getting light headed during workouts. I’ve tried a few stim free pre workouts but felt like I’d drank nothing at all. This pre workout is hands down the best I’ve ever taken. I actually feel a difference without getting shakey, cold, clammy and ultimately light headed and out of it. I’ve had the best workouts lately and it’s because of this. I actually sweat in the best way now making me feel like I’ve gotten in a great workout. Start with a tad less then a scoop and prepare for a lil itchy skin but other then that amazing!

The flavors are pretty good. The "fruit punch" definitely tastes like punch... but it's also very noticeably peach flavored. It's a peach punch.

This works well for me. I can definitely feel a difference in my workout. I'm able to get a couple extra reps in with less rest between sets. Also helps me focus. I didn't experience any of the side affects listed by others (nausea, tingling, etc..), however, because I tend to have a hard time getting enough sleep, I only use 1/2 the dose and limit my coffee intake to 1/2 cup in the morning before workout. I use the Tropical Punch flavor and it tastes better than I was expecting. Can't comment on other flavors. It does have Stevia, which I personally don't care for, but I don't notice it in this brand/flavor, but again, I only use 1/2 dose. In the end, everybody's different so you just have to take all the reviews with a grain of salt and try stuff to see if it works for you. TL is kind of on the expensive end and it would be nice if they didn't include natural flavors, but on the balance I'm happy with it and will continue to use it. I'd recommend to others.

Absolute trash. Felt like I’ve been ripped off after taking this trash. I’ve been in the gym over 20+ years and have taken many pre-workout supplements and this one is one of the worst. Taking a whole scoop made me nauseous and ended having a bad workout and left the gym. Took a half scoop the next day and could have went to bed. There’s no happy medium and it clearly does not work. Still have a full can that’s just collecting dust as I bought this back in February

I've been testing out different pre workout brands for a while, and I've yet to find one that has good ingredients and tastes good at the same time.And if you couldn't tell by the title, this only checked one of those boxes...First off, the ingredients and macros are amazing. While it doesn't have caffeine, this brand is great if you're trying not to intake junk ingredients.The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is the taste... At first, it seems nice as it tastes like strawberries and cream, but as the days go by, it really grows on you. It quite literally makes me shiver and sometimes gag.As for in the gym, it's relatively "ok". I haven't noticed any improvements since I've started using it (1 month ago), but that's most likely due to the supplements I've taken before. If you never had pre-workout before, this should be pretty effective, but be aware of the itchiness from the beta-alanine.On money, I'd say it's pretty good. Compared to other brand like Genius, this is a lot better value for money, even if it tastes a bit worse.Overall, PLEASE double check what flavor you're getting and if you truly want it. I've only had the Peach Mango and the Strawberry Lemonade, and from my experience, please don't go for them.

So far, so good! It helps me push through a workout, which is exactly what I need. The major bonus is that there aren't stimulants, yet I feel the exact same way when I take it. Also, the taste is good!
