PARAMOUNT SCARES - Volume 1 [4K UHD]

Rosemary’s Baby was an O.K. Transfer. Great movie. This has a lip sync issue you can fix by going back to chapter one after the movie starts.Crawl is a fun B-Movie and the transfer is flawless.Sweeney Todd’s transfer is gorgeous. Truly reference quality of the very dark musical.Pet Semetary is a mini classic of its own.Pet Semetary is another good transfer. Not reference quality but better than BluRay. The same goes for Smile.

I am not a huge horror fan but I do enjoy some films and I think this is a cool set with the exclusive slip covers, the hard box that it comes in. If you are a fan, I do recommend. Even if you own some of the films I'd still make the purchase. I got it for around $60. No regrets. Waiting for volume 2

All these movies are good with the exception of Smile. They look great.

Under $50 is a steal for five 4K horror movies, exclusive slipcovers, some cool collectables, and a nice hard case box. I even think every movie in this set is good to great. Glad I pulled the trigger.

A really lovely set. The layout is nice and clean, each movie is nicely organized, the Fangoria issue is excellent, and the films have some great extras. I haven't watched all 5 movies all the way through, but I did put all of them in my blu-ray player to see how they look, and they look great. Rosemary's Baby, Pet Semetary and Sweeney Todd look fantastic in 4K (Crawl and Smile were about what you'd expect from digitally shot movies from the last few years - nothing wrong with that, just nothing surprising).I actually hadn't bought any of these on 4K yet - I had nearly bought Rosemary's Baby until I saw this set.Get it while you can, it's a great deal for what is essentially $20 per film for a limited edition box set.

I was very happy to purchase this great collection of movies. I have seen a couple of them and liked them. The others I look forward to seeing. I recommend this to those that enjoy scary movies and want a great deal. Enjoy

As I only owned Smile, this was definitely worthy of my money. From the custom slipcovers, magazine and a never before released 4k version of Sweeney Todd, I’m looking forward to seeing what Paramount does with this horror themed series going forward.

Had a damaged corner and the cover of pet cemetery was creased as well but overall I cant complain since the disks were perfect. Amazing and worth the buy if you wanna risk shipping lol

Soy fan del género de Terror y cuando vi que Paramount Pictures restauró en formato 4K Ultra HD 5 de sus clásicos en una caja de colección , la compré de inmediato.Se ven espectaculares, con una calidad de imagen fuera de serie.
