Awesome look, price, customization, mod-ability and feel! Details below

The media could not be loaded. Base: Epomaker Aura75Switches: Gateron Milky YellowKeycaps: Mintcaps PBT Doubleshot gradient purple backlit OEM Profile side printedMods: 3-layered Tape (painters, electrical, packing)As this was a barebones build, I'll be leaving a review of each part below in the order of the description above-The base is beautiful! The fact that you can change the keyboard design and the RGB sidelight independently of one another is so nice. There are several modes, though the lack of software with an interface makes customization limited. The stabilizers are as good as you'll need and contribute to keeping a nice sound. It is very easy to take apart for modding purposes and only has about 4 screws past the housing and 2 ribbon cables. If you're tape modding, just make sure you dont cover the switch to change between win/usb/mac on the bottom (shhh I would NEVER do that! :))) )-These switches really do live up to their name. I was doing my first build, and I was a huge fan of the yellows over several other switches I tried through a few sponsor samples. I ended up switching out my spacebar for an oil king but that was just because I had it so why not, I would not go out of my way to do so if doing another build. Oil kings are a bit too expensive, cherry mx just doesn't sound great to me, panda and lynx aren't bad but less creamy, kangaroos are too poppy, and the lunar mare are nice but not my style (my girl likes them). These are a reliable starting point for sure.-These are by far the best keycaps I have tried; that's between a set of XVX gradient keycaps of the same design for half the price, 3d printed keycaps that I got the blueprint online for, a set of Epomaker keycaps, Pudding keycaps from Glorious, and the g-skill crystal crowns. These feel more premium than that of the similar design by XVX, as they have a good weight to them, a nice matte feel, and don't feel hollow to type on like a lot of cheaper keycaps. The pudding keycaps have a similar feel but didn't fit the aesthetic or color scheme I was looking for. This is the only side-printed, mid-high quality, non-flat keycaps with a decent color variety that I could get my hands on through amazon. The only setback could be that the shine-through on the caps isn't amazing, but i personally didn't want it to be too intrusive. They were bright enough to see the lettering, so that's good enough for me (yes, i have south facing LEDs). Not to mention, the unique font that comes with these keycaps is the icing on the cake for me, the blocky look seems techier, not to mention more readable for me. 5 Stars, no question, worth the bit of extra money.

Great battery life, great RGB, overall great keyboard

Got this keyboard because I wanted a keyboard that I could use with my laptop in class instead of the integrated laptop keyboard without sacrificing a lot of the function. Decided to build it out with Epomaker's Sea Salt Silent switches and some MSA profile keycaps. The first time I got the keyboard, it worked perfectly except the entire number row plus the home key were typing in sync with the F row (even home and the knob were actuating at the same time). Returned it, got a new one, and it's been flawless ever since. Its battery life is quite long without the RGB on, and with the RGB on it shines very brightly. Controls are pretty intuitive, the knob does what it's supposed to, and it's super quiet with the PC plate. The only cons I have are related to the stabs and the knob. I wish the knob was reprogrammable, and the stabs on the spacebar and the right shift definitely need to be plumber's or holee modded. After relubing with Permatex, it was vastly improved. However, I can look past those issues, as if I type how I normally do, it's silent enough for meIf you're looking for a proper sound, I can't give my recommendation, but if you want a silent keyboard, this definitely works with Epomaker's silent switches.

Hot steaming garbage

Holy crap! What a giant hunk of garbage! A complete waste of the money I spent. The battery lasts about 30 seconds, and the keyboard jutter is so bad it types extra characters. So poo on this horrible keyboard. Save your money and buy a Keychron.

Good for those on a tight budget. Poor for those who want quality

The case itself is made from an honestly cheap feeling plastic that leaves fingerprints/oil quite easily visible. However, the volume/brightness adjustment knob is aluminum which is quite nice. The best thing I can say about this keyboard kit is that it comes with a generous amount of foam and sound dampening layers resulting in a quite thocky/deep sounding keyboard with a solid set of switches. Another plus has to go to Epomakers' software for the keyboard: easy to install and even easier to customize and use. The worst part of this keyboard kit easily has to be the horrendous battery life. If you plan on using the wireless features of this keyboard whether through the USB dongle or bluetooth, prepare to charge this keyboard at least twice a week with regular use (With RGB enabled, the battery can barely push this keyboard through a whole day).In general, this keyboard kit's best aspect is it's moderate price tag and works best when it's used in wired mode, making use of Epomaker's custom software, and paired with deep sounding linear switches (I personally recommend Gateron milky yellow pros). If you want a wireless keyboard that has respectable battery life: DON'T GET THIS KEYBOARDIf you want a keyboard that has hefty and premium feeling materials: DON'T GET THIS KEYBOARD

Very impressive board for the price

this was a part of a customers build that i recently completed, and i was very surprised with the quality for the $40 i paid when i received it. decently heavy, with what appears to be poron gaskets gives it a great sound. i recommend this to everyone looking to get a poppy sound of their switches

About writing and gaming

It’s surely that is value for money. Also the bottom is very hard so that so it has better sound quality. About the battery life I haven’t charged it since I got and that was 3 weeks ago. About gaming this thing is very good actually and it even works good with Bluetooth connectivity
