Bird feeder made of good quality. Feeder blocks birds love them.

Birds are "eating it up." Ordered another refill. Recommend.

Disappointed in the quality of this product. Clips attaching chain and feeder broke in less than a week.

I have to disagree with some of the previous posts. I have been hanging my block directly from a wire over a branch / not inside the block feeder sold with this, and birds have been chipping away at this regularly. I like this feed over others because it lasts longer. Suet cake will be gobbled up in a day along with loose seed feeders, but this can last an entire week. I have seen Red Bellied Woodpeckers, Downy Woodpeckers, Titmouse and Blue Jays feed on this. Sometimes they end up with a mouthful, other times, not. They have to work for it. And whatever drops is eaten up by the squirrels and chipmunks. It took a while for everyone to warm up to it, but now it's consumed regularly.

THE top of the feeder could have had some way to lock it on there...it just sits on top of the feeder

Chain broke the first day I used it. Could have sent it back but not worth the hassle. Bad choice in my opinion

We have a number of different styles of bird feeders and different types of seed, from sunflower seeds to mixed and seed cakes. The birds eat from all the feeders and all the types of seed ....except this one. I don't know if it is the seed log or the style of the feeder or a combination, but this has barely been touched, while I fill all the others twice a week. It's been hanging from a tree with two other feeders on it and this seed log has only been sampled. Even the squirrels don't seem interested.

I ordered 2 of these. Today the package was delivered. Inside was one bird feeder with the bird seed cake and one bird feeder that was EMPTY!
