so far, so good!
I was very happy to find this citrus bergamot in liquid form. I have used a powder form in the past and although it did lower my triclycerides it was somewhat gritty and I didn't like the taste.This liquid is great! So far I have put it in my tea, smoothie and once I put it in a yogurt drink. It doesn't smell or taste like anything. I will be having bloodwork done in about 4 months from now, so I will see if it works for cholesterol. I hope so, it is so easy to use!!

Tasted good. I put it in water, stir, drink, repeat daily.

The taste is mild. Easy to swallow. Put a couple droppers full under tongue and hold for 10-15 seconds.

Was afraid of strong garlic flavor that isn't there
It took me a really long time to get up the courage to try this extract. I thought it sounded great when I ordered it then I got nervous about the garlic extract being too strong. Surprisingly, there is no strong flavor to be offensive at all. Totally palatable. The supposed health benefits should be good as well.
