This is a great product for my shoulder pain. The design is comfortable easy to use. Multiple heat settings and is adjustable.

Bought a different one and had to return it as it didn't warm up. I read the reviews on this one, others said it got too hot. This one has several heat settings so it is perfect. Also, very nice that you can put it on, and plug it in, and if you need to get up, you don't need to take the entire thing off ~ just unplug! Very convenient! Works on both sides as well. My bf has a rotator cuff injury and this is perfect!!!

I am 73 and have degenerative bone disease in my neck and right shoulder. The pain travels from my shoulder down the upper are almost to the elbow. Item is very well and thoughtfully designed. Power cord is 6 ft. long which makes it easy to use. Color coded temperature control is also a plus and very easy to make sure heat setting is the one desired. Fits shoulder well and is very comfortable. Heating element sits directly on the area of my shoulder and upper arm that has the most pain. However, I am a very small person and the area heated seems very centralized so a larger person might not have the heat where it is needed most. Expanding the heated area would definitely be a plus since the heated area is somewhat smaller than the area pictured in the advertisement. Overall, I am very pleased with the product. It did exactly what it was intended to do and greatly relieved my pain.
