Working good 12.04 volts.
I used this to adapt a 12v cigarette lighter style adapter to a USB-C outlet on my Noco GBX155 so that I have a power source for things you’d normally plug into your car. I used a 5 amp fuse to make sure I don’t draw more than 60 watts which is also what the USB-C and this part are rated at. It negotiated 12v from my jump starter pack no problem and showed 12.04 volts on my meter. After soldering the wires on to the labeled spots, I used marine shrink wrap to seal it all up. Working good!

Does what it says
The breakout board negotiates a 12v output from all of my USB PD chargers that support 12v. On the one charger that has 9v and 15v support(but no 12v) the triggers a 9v output.I have not yet verified the amperage claims.

Ordered 9v but output 12v
Ordered the 9v version of these, received what should have been 9v output- seemingly marked as '6v' but hey sometimes the numbers flip around. Anyway, all of these output 12v when tested with a multimeter. They were sadly sent back.

Great price, but don't count on all 6 working
If you want to get power out of USB-C PD, these are a great deal. A few things to note: if your power supply can't provide 12v, these will output the next highest voltage available (I was seeing 9v when I tested my first power source).Also, of the two I've used so far, only one of them works in both orientations. The other one has to be plugged in a certain direction to work. This lines up with some other reviewer's comments that they had a dead unit or two. That's fine for fifteen bucks, but be aware that you might not get 6 working units.
