Ab rollers strengthen your upper body muscles and core, but it also works your lower back muscles. It’s helping me workout, feels sturdy, and doesn’t take up space so it’s definitely worth it to me in my apartment. It doesn’t come with a battery for the screen and assembly was not the most straight forward but those were solvable.

Having manufactured products myself overseas, I was aghast at how poor the assembly instructions were. It might have been intuitive for some to put it together, but for others, it might be difficult. There was a key piece that was supposed to be assembled by the user but was already permanently assembled at the factory, and it was incorrect, making the product unusable. The seller did not send the return label and I had to resort to getting a refund directly from Amazon.

Le falta la batería

De arm steunen moet je zelf nog monteren.. Geen handleiding aanwezig, dus zelf uitvogelen..Schroefjes zijn te kort om de arm steunen vast te maken aan het wiel... Zelf dus nog schroefjes moeten kopen (die er wel in passen)Je krijgt niet alles in de kleur zwart.. matje is blauw en het computertje is wit (en zonder batterij, en batterij bijna nergens te krijgen)...Foto van product is dus misleidend...
