After having a baby, this is your product for those six weeks that follow. Don’t use any other brand or anything else. Unfortunately, I found these later in my weeks following the post partum journey. These are very comfortable for your c section incision (they stretch much more than everything else that I tried) and the level of protection that you feel is far superior to other products. I got more sleep, I felt more comfortable moving about etc. Admittedly, while there are some better “looking” similar products, these are definitely not sleek orrrrr ehhh sexy BUT, after having a c section and needing comfort so badly, I didn’t exactly care about that.

These were a huge help after giving birth. They offered the comfort and protection I needed during those first few weeks postpartum when everything feels overwhelming. Super absorbent, soft, and discreet under clothes exactly what I needed to feel a little more confident and secure.I appreciated that they didn’t feel bulky, and they stayed in place without irritating my skin. A must-have for any new mom managing postpartum recovery. Highly recommend!

These are just perfect for my grandmother who still WANTS to wear pretty panties but NEEDS absorption. They make her still feel lady-like. And when you are in your 80's, very little about life makes you feel that way.

I was a loyal customer of Depends for years but found their quality has been downgraded. Tried Always and happy to announce the products is a God-send for someone relies on products for my medical condition.In addition, I'm so happy that Amazon offers them at reasonable price instead of local retail places.

It is really comfortable to use, keeps you dry, less messy no leaks and easy to dispose of. How am I just finding out about this?

My favorite for postpartum! I even send these to my friends and family who are PP as well. They hold so much and you can wear them underneath most pants without being noticeable (obviously not leggings). They also have a nice subtle scent which helps with confidence that you're smelling your best. Lastly, they are extremely comfortable and not itchy at all which is a big plus for a sensitive skin girlie like myself!

These were our go to for years, then out of notice they changed the size... we know because the color of the brief changed and we found an older style in our bottom drawer. Cut too small now and the size up here, now that they announced the change has a high cut that does not provide coverage overnight at all for our 5' 128# mom that has center weight and ballet thighs. They created this problem. We have been using for two years and have now moved on.
